Objective: Rhabdomyolysis(rhabdomyolysis,RM)refers to the striated muscle cells in vivo by a variety of causes necrosis, dissolution, apoptosis and thus a large number of intracellular material into the blood, and the body of a series of secondary adverse reactions. In severe cases, kidney failure may occur,life-threatening.Many domestic scholars committed to the RM-related research, but there is scope of the study is small and scattered, small study population,Factors and inconsistencies and other issues, and regional study has limitations. This study intends to rhabdomyolysis data aggregated by the method of meta-analysis,to explore research rhabdomyolysis pathogenic and prognostic factors, diagnostic criteria, complications and mortality. Methods: To rhabdomyolysis "as key words, retrieval literature published from 2000 to 2015 about rhabdomyolysis, using meta analytic methods were summed up and analyzed statistically. Results: A total of 1295 articles were retrieved. After screening,18 articles were selected.A total of 3365 patients were enrolled in this study, including 2931 male patients and 434 female patients. All included studies reported risk factors lead to rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure overall incidence 35.3%[95%CI(21.80,48.80),P<0.0001 ],All included studies reported risk factors lead to rhabdomyolysis and creatine kinase> 5000 U / L total incidence of 61.2% [ 95%CI(38.10,84.30),P<0.0001].All included studies reported the pathogenic factors leads to the mortality of rhabdomyolysis is 14.9% [ 95%CI(8.70,21.00),P<0.0001].Conclusion: Syncope, trauma, infection, cardiovascular disease caused by rhabdomyolysis caused more acute renal failure, trauma, infections, cardiovascular disease caused by rhabdomyolysis, blood creatine kinase increased more,CO poisoning, trauma, infection caused by rhabdomyolysis higher mortality rates, should lead to clinical attention.
