| Objective:To study the clinical curative effect for the treatment of advanced gastriccancer with Weining particles combination chemotherapy.Methods: Will be in October 2014-October 2015 to rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university digestive diseases,gastrointestinal surgery and tumor area of outpatient visits and hospitalization of 42 patients with advanced gastric cancer,according to the random number table method 1:1 proportion were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group(21 cases,8 patients were male,female 13 cases;Age 45 to 78 years,the average age(56.4 ± 8.1);Course 2.0 ~ 5.8 months,the average(3.35 ± 1.17)months;Control group 21 cases,10 cases of male,female in 11 cases;Age 46 ~ 77 years,mean age(58.3 ± 8.4);Course2.3 ~ 5.6months,(3.27±1.06)months,on average.Gonow capsule plus oxaliplatin into for the control group given,the treatment group for gonow combined therapy on the basis of oxaliplatin into grain with the stomach.Comparing the two groups before and after treatment clinical curative effect,life quality and immune function,side effects and the changes of TCM symptoms.All experimental data input computer,all experimental data input computer,use SPSS 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,measurement data using(?)said,when two sample variance not neat using t ’inspection.Count data by chi-square test.The Ridit analysis level data.The standard deviation of measurement data are used to mean + said,(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.Results:(1)The two groups of patients quality of life after treatment KPS score comparison: the treatment group quality survival period was 52.4%,the control quality of life period is 28.6%,the quality of life is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The comparison of two groups after treatment in patients with immune function: the treatment group of NK cells and CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 + ratio higher after treatment than before treatment,CD8 + reduced after treatment than before treatment,the control of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 + ratio reduced after treatment than before treatment,NK cells and CD8 + after treatment than before treatment,the immune function of patients with two groups of comparison before and after therapy was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)Side effects after treatment in both groups,the treatment group in hemoglobin,white blood cell count,platelet count,gastrointestinal symptoms,and adverse reactions such as nerve toxicity,the rate is lower than control group,the severity was lower than control group,two groups compare differences were significant(P < 0.05);Cardiac toxicity of adverse reactions,comparing the two groups,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment syndromes was treatment group total effectiveness 85.71%,control group was 38.10%,the treatment group was better than control group in the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.05)in the process of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy application stomach ning granules can significantly improve patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.Conclusion: Gastric ning granule combined chemotherapy treatment of advanced gastric cancer compared to patients with chemotherapy alone can obviously improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of survival,to reduce the side effects,for advanced gastric cancer has better clinical curative effect,is worth further research. |
