| Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Weining Granule on the occurrence of myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy in gastric cancer,and to find a safe and effective method for the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after gastric cancer chemotherapy,so that patients benefit.Methods: Sixty patients with gastric cancer requiring chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table.30 patients in each group were treated with capecitabine + oxaliplatin chemotherapy in the treatment group and the control group.In the chemotherapy regimen,the treatment group was given Oral Granules(drug composition: Astragalus,Poria,Poria,Rhizome)on the basis of chemotherapy.From the first day before chemotherapy,2 packs per day,the patient was divided into 2 times a day after breakfast and dinner.Service,21 days is 1 cycle.Blood samples were taken 1 day before chemotherapy and 7th,14 th and 21 st day after chemotherapy,and the use of rhG-CSF was recorded.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,Karnofsky score,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation were collected.Function,record adverse reactions,and conduct comparative analysis.Result:Main observation indicators:(1)Changes in white blood cells: On days7,14,and 21 of chemotherapy,the overall level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone marrow suppression: control The number of cases of II~III degree myelosuppression in the group was higher than that in the treatment group.The degree of bone marrow suppression and theincidence rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Changes of neutrophils: On the 7th,14 th and 21 st day of chemotherapy,the overall level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone marrow suppression was compared with the control group.The number of cases of I~II degree myelosuppression occurred more than that of the treatment group.The degree of bone marrow suppression and incidence in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The use of rhG-CSF:1 case of rhG-CSF was used in the treatment group,2 cases were used in the control group,and 3 cases were used in the control group.The number of rhG-CSF in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.(3)Hemoglobin changes: On the 7th,14 th and 21 st day of chemotherapy,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.In terms of myelosuppression,the number of cases of myoglobin in the control group was more than that in the treatment group.The degree of bone marrow suppression and the incidence in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Changes of platelet: On the 7th and 14 th day of chemotherapy,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).On the 21 st day of chemotherapy,the platelet increased significantly in the treatment group,compared with the control group,P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.In terms of myelosuppression,the number of cases of I~II degree myelosuppression in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.The degree of bone marrow suppression and incidence in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Secondary observation indicators:(1)TCM syndrome score comparison:After the two groups of chemotherapy,the TCM syndrome scores and total scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;The TCM syndrome scores and total scores of the group after treatment were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the comparison of curative effect,the total effective rate(effective + effective)was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Significance(p<0.05).(2)Karnofsky score comparison: P before treatment and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;the treatment group was higher than the treatment before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety indicators: There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function and coagulation function between the two groups,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.conclusion:Weining Granule has significant effects on the prevention and treatment of leukocyte and neutrophil reduction after chemotherapy in gastric cancer,which can reduce the use of rhG-CSF,reduce the economic burden and adverse reactions of patients,and reduce the incidence of platelet and hemoglobin myelosuppression after chemotherapy.Weining Granule can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression in patients with qi deficiency syndrome,with good curative effect,high safety and no obvious adverse reactions. |
