| Purpose: To observe the Clinical effect of the treatment of the kidney and blood paste in the open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.Methods: The 60 observed cases were from affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University,who were treated with surgical treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures from January 2014 to 2015.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The observation group was treated with open reduction and steel plate fixation with early administration of kidney nourishing cream.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The functional exercise of the shoulder joint was carried out in both groups after operation.Shoulder function recovery and clinical treatment effect will be compared between the two groups.Result: All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months with an average of eight months.All patients had no postoperative infection,internal fixation loosening,displacement or fracture complications.Observation group and control group in the Neer shoulder function score and clinical effect and so on the comparison has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Results according to neer shoulder score of two groups of patients with postoperative shoulder joint function score were observed were excellent in 25 cases,good in 4 cases,1 case and poor in 0 cases,the excellent and good rate was 96.7%;in the control group,18 cases were excellent,good in 7 cases,3 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 83.3%;comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,the observation group,21 cases were cured,improved in 9 cases,0 case was healed;in the control group,13 cases were cured,improved in 17 cases,0 cases ineffective.Conclusion:Bushenyangxue Cream part after fracture of surgical neck of humerus in use,can improve local blood circulation,promote the healing of the fracture,shoulder joint function recovery with advantages of. |
