Clinical Research Of Stepped Therapy Of “3”-xianzi-yin Combined With Operation In The Treatment Of Varicocele Infertility

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of stepped therapy of “3”-Xianzi-Yin combined with operation on treating varicocele infertility.Methods: According to the standard,116 patients were divided into 3 groups: 42 cases treated with pure Chinese medicine,36 cases treated with surgery,and 38 cases treated with Chinese medicine combined with surgery.Semen quality and spouse pregnancy rate after treatment for 3 months and 6 months were observed.Results:(1)VC infertility patients semen quality of three groups were better in pretreatment than that of posttreatment(P<0.01).(2)Semen was tested after 3 months of treatment.(1)Sperm concentration compared between three groups,there was significant difference between any two groups(P<0.01).(2)Sperm activity compared between three groups,there was no significant difference between any two groups(P>0.05).(3)A grade sperm percentage compared between three groups,there was statistically significant(P<0.01).And the difference between Chinese traditional medicine group and surgical group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but differences between any other groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).(4)(a+b)grade sperm percentage compared between three groups,there was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed statistically difference(P<0.05)between the Chinese medicine group and surgery group,surgery group and combination group.And it showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the Chinese medicine group and combination group.(5)Compared between three groups,the percentage of normal sperm morphology had statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the Chinese medicine group and surgery group,Chinese medicine group and combination group.And it showed statistically difference(P<0.05)between the surgery group and combination group.(3)6 months after treatment,sperm concentration,activity,vitality,and morphology have no statistical significance between pure Chinese medicine group and surgery group(P>0.05).Improving semen quality of Chinese medicine combined with surgery group is better than the rest of the two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).(4)Spouse pregnancy rate difference between 3 groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).The analysis of sample reflects an upward trend in the pregnancy rate from traditional Chinese medicine to surgical group,combined treatment group.Conclusion:(1)Stepped therapy of “3”-Xianzi-Yin combined with operation on treating varicocele infertility has a good clinical efficacy.It can improve the pregnancy rate of couples.(2)From the short-term curative effect,surgical group in improving the VC infertility patients semen quality is superior to the Chinese medicine group.Chinese medicine group and surgery group in improving the VC infertility patients semen quality has equivalent long-term clinical efficacy.Chinese medicine combined with surgery group has the best curative effect.(3)The therapeutical principle of stepped therapy centered on kidney axis,first “promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis”,and then “nourishing liver and kidney to benefit essence and blood”,after that “tonifying the kindey essence to product sperm ”,in the treatment of varicocele infertility has a certain practical significance to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of male infertility.
