The Evolution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes Of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer With Platinum And Non Platinum Chemotherapy

Objective: This project adopts the prospective research method,observation of the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer before and after chemotherapy with platinum and non platinum based chemotherapy,master the development and outcome of the pathogenesis.In order to provide the basis for the optimization of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program,to provide a basis for the construction of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of non small cell lung cancer standardized treatment system.Methods: 115 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with platinum and non platinum chemotherapy.Lung squamous cell carcinoma was treated with first-line chemotherapy with GP.Prostate cancer was treatment with first-line chemotherapy with PC.Second line chemotherapy regimen using Pemetrexed.Symptoms and signs were collected before chemotherapy and seventh days after chemotherapy.Discussion on the evolution law of TCM Syndromes.Results:(1)The main syndrome of advaned NSCLC includ qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi deficiency and phlegm heat,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,deficiency of both qi and yin.Their proportion are separately 39.1 percent,19.1 percent,21.7 percent,20 percent of the whole.(2)The distribution of syndromes are not relevant to clinieal Pathology Pattems、stages and the History of chemotherapy.(3)Before chemotherapy,the main TCM Syndrome is qi deficiency and blood stasis.After chemotherapy,the main TCM Syndromes are Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness、qi deficiency and phlegm heat in the platinum group.Significantly reduced of qi deficiency and blood stasis.the main TCM Syndrome is spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness in the non platinum group.After chemotherapy,qi deficiency and phlegm dampness increase in the single pemetrexed,reduce the blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency did not change significantly.Conclusion:(1)The deficiency of qi 、blood stasis 、deficiency of yin、phlegm-damp、phlegm heat、spleen deficiency are the basic factors of the 115 patients.They all belong to the excessive and the defieiency syndrome.(2)After chemotherapy of platinum based chemotherapy drugs,blood stasis decrease.Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness increased.Before after chemotherapy of pemetrexed,the main TCM Syndrome is qi deficiency.
