Electric Acupuncture Combined With Facial Muscle Function Training In The Curative Effect Of Simple Facial Paralysis Rehabilitation Training

Background Simple facial paralysis is clinical common disease,come on urgent suddenly,which not only cause nerve dysfunction,but also significantly influence patients with facial appearance of the face,bring great psychological burden to the patient.At present,many palsy subjective assessment scales surface,lack of objective,accurate and reliable basis.Some scholars abroad apply mirror therapy to the treatment of facial paralysis.Objective Objective to optimize the treatment of facial paralysis,to study the effect of surface EMG on facial paralysis,and to evaluate the efficacy of facial paralysis.A preliminary attempt to apply mirror therapy to the treatment of facial paralysis.Methods The January 2015 to January 2016 in Henan Province People's Hospital admitted 80 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis patients as research subjects,systematically analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment methods were divided into four groups of drugs,drugs combination EA group,drugs combination facial muscle function training group,drugs combined electric acupuncture combined facial function training group.From the course of fifth days to start,ten days a course of treatment,three courses of treatment,each course of treatment two days rest.Each patient was fifth days in the course of the disease,fifteenth days,thirty-ninth days to do the surface EMG detection,Record and analyze the results of the test data.Using the methods of electrical detection analyzer with facial health on both sides of the average ratio of root mean square(RMS),to compare the efficacy of four different methods for simple facial paralysis.Results After statistical analysis,four groups of the fifteenth days and the fifth days,the thirty-ninth days and the fifteenth days,comparison of frontal muscle group,nasal muscle group,buccinator muscle group and orbicularis oris muscle group of ipsilateral and contralateral were root mean square(RMS)average ratio,four sets of data P <0.01,there are significant differences.The first 15 days,drugs combined EA combined facial function training group and the medication group: four sets of data P <0.01,significant difference.Drugs combined EA combined facial muscle function training group and drugs combined EA group: the amount of fronta muscles,nasal muscles,orbicularis oris muscles P <0.01,significant difference.Cheek muscles P> 0.05,no difference.Drugs combined EA combined facial muscle function training group and drugs combined facial muscle function training group: the amount of fronta muscles,nasal muscles,orbicularis oris muscles P <0.01,significant difference.Cheek muscles P> 0.05,no difference.The 39 th day,the drugs combined EA combined facial muscle function training group and the drugs group,drugs combined EA group,drugs combined facial muscle function training group,P <0.01,there were significant differences.Conclusion Drugs combined EA combined facial muscle function training group with facial paralysis curative effect is better than simple medication group ?drugs combined EA group and drugs combined facial muscle function training group.Surface electromyography can provide an objective and accurate basis for assessing the efficacy of facial paralysis.Mirror therapy can be applied to the treatment of facial paralysis.
