Objective :1.To find out childhood trauma's differences in first-episode schizophrenia,first-degree relatives of schizophrenia and healthy groups.2.Comparing the cognitive function level of the three groups respectively.3.To investigate childhood trauma's effects on cognitive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.methodUsing childhood trauma scale(Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short form),30 cases of first-episode schizophrenia patients?first-degree relatives of schizophrenia patients and healthy groups were enrolled respectively to do the further evaluation.Using Hopkins Verbal Learning Test(HVLT-R), Stroop color word test, Continuous Performance Test(CPT), category fluency: Zoological Nomenclature(fluency) tests to do the test and the comparison of the three group subjects, comparing the correlation between childhood trauma factor and cognitive impairment in the first episode psychosis schizophrenia group.result1. the score of the childhood trauma of the first-episode schizophrenia group were much higher than the first degree relatives of schizophrenia or healthy group;the score of childhood trauma and Sexual abuse factor of the first degree relatives of schizophrenia groups were statistically higher than the healthy group.2.Comparing the level of cognitive function,the first-episode schizophrenia patients were significantly lower than the first-degree relatives of schizophrenia group or the healthy group, while the first-degree relatives of schizophrenia group and the healthy group have no statistically difference in cognitive function3.Among the Childhood trauma patients with the first-episode schizophrenia,the severity of physical abuse has Significant negative correlation with attention.conclusion1.Childhood trauma widely exist in the first-episode schizophrenia, it showsthat it is necessary to pay more attention to childhood trauma experience in clinical research of schizophrenia.2.the impairment of cognitive function in the first-episode schizophrenia and the childhood trauma scores were significantly higher than the first degree relatives of schizophrenia or healthy people,suggesting the correlation of severity cognitive function impairment and the severity of childhood trauma.3.the attention impairment in patients with first-episode schizophrenia has obvious correlation with physical abuse, it is suggest that physical trauma has greater negative impacts on cognition of the first-episode schizophrenia.
