| Objective:This paper choose the clinical treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis commonly used Jin Shuibao capsule,selfheal capsules and selenium yeast were observed,mainly through the outpatient records review,compare the three drugs to lower thyroid autoantibodies,improve symptoms,improve the curative effect of thyroid function,analysis of antibody level before treatment and the influence of medicine treatment the curative effect,for the treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis selected to provide a certain basis,so as to improve curative effect.Methods:Collect thyroid specialist out-patient hospital in hubei province and endocrinology clinic treating hashimoto thyroiditis patients,given the Jin Shuibao capsule capsule,selfheal capsule or selenium yeast in a certain drug treatment,observation of the symptoms of patients before and after medication,thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)resistance,resistance to thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroid function and duration,and statistical analysis.At the same time,the collection part not any related cases of drug treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis patients,as control.Results : 1.The syndrome curative effect Jin Shuibao and selfheal group the scores before and after treatment compared with significant statistical difference(P< 0.05),selenium yeast group,the scores before and after treatment was no significant difference;Compared the scores after treatment,all have significant difference between three groups,and after treatment the Jin Shuibao group symptoms score below the selfheal,selfheal group is lower than the selenium yeast.Selenium yeast group compared with blank group,the scores after treatment there was no significant difference.2.The impact on the thyroid function The three groups of patients before and after medication in thyroid function hyperfunction,hypothyroidism and normal cases have no significant change,compared with blank group,the significant differences,the blank group has a new hair of patients with hypothyroidism.3.The curative effect of thyroid autoantibodies Curative effect comparison between the three groups,P values were greater than 0.05,shows the effectiveness of three drugs reduce antibody have no significant statistical significance difference.Three groups,respectively,compared with the blank group,P is less than 0.05,and the effectiveness of three groups were greater than blank group,shows three drugs have a certain reduce the role of antibody.TGAb within each group curative effect compared with TPOAb curative effect,P values were greater than 0.05,shows that there was no statistical significant difference between groups of TGAb curative effect with TPOAb curative effect.4.The effect of related factors before treatment(1)Antibody level before treatment affect curative effect The Jin Shuibao group TGAb "strong positive group" and "positive" comparison,TGAb have significant curative effect,and the strong positive group efficient 4/13(30.77%),less than 12/17 of the "positive"(70.59%);TPOAb curative effect is similar between the two groups had no significant statistical significance.The Jin Shuibao group TPOAb "strong positive group" and "positive" TGAb curative effect comparison,P>0.05,shows no significant statistical significance difference;TPOAb of two groups efficacy compared,P <0.05,with difference statistically significant,the strong positive group efficient 6/23(26.09%)less than 5/6 of the "positive"(83.33%).Selfheal group TGAb "strong positive group" and "positive" TGAb curative effect comparison,TPOAb curative effect comparison,there were no statistically significant difference.Selfheal group TPOAb "strong positive group" and "positive" comparison,with the previous results.Selenium yeast group TGAb "strong positive group" and "positive" TGAb curative effect comparison,with significant difference statistically significant,the strong positive group of efficient 2/17(11.76%)less than 5/7 of the "positive"(71.43%);No difference between the two groups of TPOAb curative effect comparison.Selenium yeast group TPOAb "strong positive group" and "positive" TGAb curative effect(P>0.05,shows no significant statistically significant curative effects;TPOAb efficacy compared two groups,P<0.05,significant difference,the strong positive group of efficient 5/22(22.73%)is lower than the "positive" 4/4(100.00%).(2)the relationship between therapeutic effect and treatment Within each group is "more than 6 month" and "less than 6 month group" TGAb curative effect comparison,comparison of TPOAb curative effect,the total curative effect compare the P values were greater than 0.05,the groups of curative effect and drug treatment had no obvious correlation.Conclusion: 1.The Jin Shuibao capsules and selfheal capsule can significantly improve the hashimoto thyroiditis patients symptoms,and the effect of Jin Shuibao capsule and selfheal capsule is better.Selenium yeast,no obvious improvement in patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis.2.The Jin Shuibao capsule,selfheal capsule,selenium yeast to a certain degree of slow or reduce hashimoto thyroiditis patients with hypothyroidism.3.The Jin Shuibao capsule,selfheal capsule,selenium yeast have lower TGAb and TPOAb effect,but the role of the three drugs was no significant difference,their lower TGAb and reduce the effect of TPOAb no statistically significant difference.4.Before the treatment level of thyroid autoantibodies to the Jin Shuibao capsule and selenium yeast reduce the effectiveness of the corresponding antibody has a certain influence,antibody levels before treatment strong positive(TGAb>500IU/ml or TPOAb>1300IU/ml)the curative effect of the positive(TGAb 80-500 IU/ml or TPOAb 60-1300IU/ml).Antibody levels before treatment reduce the effectiveness of antibody of selfheal capsule had no obvious effect.5.In the observation,the Jin Shuibao capsule,selfheal capsule,the curative effect of selenium yeast and duration has no obvious correlate. |
