Objective:Explore the relationship between Hashimoto thyroiditis and differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of goiter with newly diagnosed Hashimoto's thyroiditis?HT?.And analysis the relationship between the TmAb and TgAb of the patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis?HT?and thyroid function. Methods:The cases of goiter patients?n=313?were collected, which included Hashimoto's thyroiditis?n=132?and non-Hashimoto's thyroiditis?n=181?,and into discus the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine classification standards and Hashimoto thyroiditis, according to the gall disease syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine classification standards those cases are divided into three groups?Qi depression and phlegm obstruction group 141cases,symptoms of liver-fire flaming syndrome 62 cases;syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney 110 cases?Serum TmAb and TgAb of each patient were detected, their corresponding with TSH?FT3?FT4?TT3?TT4 and the size of thyroid gland were recorded and analyzed.Results:1.In the three groups of different type of syndrome, the patient's age and gender have different degrees of difference:Female prevalence of the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is higher than the Qi depression and phlegm obstruction group and the Qi depression and phlegm obstruction group is higher than the prosperity of symptoms of liver-fire flaming syndrome?P<0.05?.Age of the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney?32.01±10.08?is remarkably lower than the other groups?P<0.05?;2.The prevalence of hashimoto thyroiditis in the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is the highest and the prosperity of symptoms of liver-fire flaming syndrome group is the second, the Qi depression and phlegm obstruction group is the lowest;3.Compared with non-Hashimoto's thyroiditis, the patient's age was lower than in HT group, the level of TSH was higher than in HT group?P<0.05?.The levels of TSH?TmAb and TgAb in female HT patients were comparable to those in male HT patients. However, the levels of FT3?FT4?TT3?TT4 were lower than those in male HT patients?P<0.05?.The levels of FT3?FT4 and age in female non-Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients were lower than those in male?P<0.05?;4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that TmAb was positively correlated with TSH,and was negatively correlated with FT4 in patients with HT?P<0.05?.TgAb was negatively correlated with FT3?FT4 and TT4?P<0.05?.Conclusions 1.The highest prevalence of hashimoto thyroiditis in the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney indicate a connection between syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and the pathogenesis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.2.Gender can be used as one influence factor in the first diagnosis of HT.When there is no significant difference in patients with HT autoantibodies, patients with thyroid function damage in women was more prominent than in men.3.In newly diagnosed HT,TmAb?TgAb and gender are closely correlated with the function of thyroid and these two antibodies indicated different patterns in thyroid damage.
