?Aims?Allergic rhinitis as an common disease in ENT,its pathogenesis is not yet entirely clear,but the yearly incidence is sustained growth,especially in developing countries.Although there is no apparent danger,but it has serious impact on the patient's daily life and learning work,resulting in social and economic burden on individuals(drug control).Allergen-specific immunotherapy is an effective treatment for allergic rhinitis.There are two commonly used kinds of SIT in clinical: subcutaneous immunotherapy and sublingual immunotherapy.This paper discusses the efficacy of immunotherapy program and its related factors of rush immunotherapy.?Methods?It is a retrospective analysis of 62 cases who diagnosed as allergic rhinitis and chosen the rush immunotherapy in our hospital from February 2013 to July 2015.1?Analyze the scores change of symptoms,signs and VAS before and after the immunotherapy to evaluate its efficacy.2?Analyze the change of peripheral blood eosinophil count before and after the immunotherapy to evaluate its efficacy.3 ? Analyze the change of serum total immunoglobulin E(Ig E)and immunoglobulin G(Ig G)concentration by Beekman specific protein detector to evaluate its efficacy.4?Analyze the change of serum IFN-?,IL-12,IL-10,Ig G1,Ig G4 concentration by ELLSA Determination before and after the immunotherapy to evaluate of the related factors of rush immunotherapy.5?Observe the adverse events during treatment,evaluate rush immunotherapy's safety.?Results?After the completion of the rush immunotherapy,whether the scores of symptoms and signs,or the inflammatory cytokines have changed compared to before.However it has significance statistical.Still,Ig G(particularly Ig G4)increase over the previous content.?Conclusion?: 1?The rush immunotherapy can effectively improve the score of TNSS,signs and VAS in the AR patients.2?Producing Ig G antibodies and adjusting the Th1 / Th2 homeostasis are the main mechanisms of rush immunotherapy.3?Rush Immunologic is a safe administration of dose cumulative stage.
