Nebulization therapy is a new treatment for respiratory diseases.It is used to convert the drug to treat the diseases at high speed flow.Flow characteristics are obviously different between nebulization and normal kind.The study can provide theoretical basis for this kind of treatment,and its result has significant value in medical biotechnology.A three-dimensional nasal model is reconstructed after realizing the current status both domestic and abroad.Numerical simulation is used to analyze the flow field with kinds of mass flow rate,clinical data is used to verify the results,and then flow characteristics are revealed in the nasal cavity.This article mainly has carried on the following work,get the results as follows:(1)A three-dimensional nasal model is reconstructed by surface rendering method,according to nasal structure and function.Unstructured mesh method is used to process the model.(2)Finite volume method is used to discretize the three dimensional mathematics equations on the nasal cavity.(3)The gas temperature and field characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation,and the turbulence characteristics are discussed in the flow field.(4)Grid test is used to check the dependability of grid.The result of simulation would be credible in comparison with the clinical experimental data.Numerical data would be gained by simulation study of partitioned nasal at high speed nebulization flow,and there would be helpful to the treatment and medical bioengineering application.
