Tailixin Capsule For Angina Pectoris Of Coranary Heart Disease (heart Blood Stasis Syndrome): Phase â…¡ Multi-central Clinical Trials

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and security of TaiLiXin capsule in treating Coronary heart disease angina (heart blood stasis syndrome).Methods:90 cases of CHD angina with heart blood stasis syndrome, aged 40 to 70,were enrolled from out-patient department of Chengdu University of TCM and another test center with randomization,double blindness and multi-central method required in the phaseâ…¡clinical trials.They were randomly divided into three groups. A group takes low doses of TaiLiXin capsule including 30 cases. B group takes placebo including 30 cases. C group takes high doses of TaiLiXin capsule including 30 cases.The period of treatment is 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,observe the curative effect of Angina symptoms,of electrocardiogram, of the athletic flat, of the rate of suspending from nitroglycerin.Results:1. Curative effect evaluation:(1) Angina pectoris curative effect evaluation:The total efficiency rate is 82.76% and the show efficiency is 37.93% in C group.The two indexes are respectively 58.63% and 27.59% in A group,43.33% and 16.67% in B group. There are significant differences in three groups by statistical disposal.(2)Electrocardiogram curative effect evaluation:The total efficiency rate is 68.97% and the show efficiency is 27.59% in C group.The two indexes are respectively 55.27% and 20.69% in A group,33.67% and 6.67% in B group. There are significant differences in three groups by statistical disposal.(3)Blood stasis resistance effect evaluation:The total efficiency rate is 79.31% and the show efficiency is 37.97% in C group.The two indexes are respectively 58.62% and 20.69% in A group,46.67% and 13.33% in B group. There are significant differences in three groups by statistical disposal.(4)The rate of suspending from nitroglycerin curative effect evaluation:The rate of suspending from nitroglycerin is 77.27% in C groups 50% in A group and 34.78% in B group.There are significant differences in three groups by statistical disposal. 2.During the whole course of the test, the bad affair never happened. The medicine has good security.Conclusion:TaiLiXin capsule has remarkable effects on the symptoms of Angina Pectoris and TCM syndromes of the patients with angina Pectoris(belonged to the heart blood stasis syndrome).It can improve electrocardiogram ischemia.It also has remarkable effects on the ceasing and decreasing rate of Glonoin of the patients with angina Pectoris. TaiLiXin capsule has good security.
