The Research Of Asthma Treament Of Zhang Zhongjing

Objective:On the basis of understanding of Nei Jing, Shen Nong’s herbal classic and Nan Jing about asthma, summarized the asthma in Zhongjing’s Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease and Golden Chamber Synopsis, to explore the pathogenesis, syndrome asthma treatment characteristics, and to better understand asthma.Methods:This article mainly uses the methods of literature research and theoretical research, inductive, sorting out and explore the relevant provisions on "breath" in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease and Golden Chamber Synopsis. From the view of literatures, firstly summarizes the content related to asthma in Nei Jing, Shen Nong’s herbal classic and Nan Jing, carding the analysis of asthma in Nei Jing from the meaning of asthma, and etiology. Secondly, sorts out the relevant provisions on "breath" in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease and Golden Chamber Synopsis and classifies them. A total of 19 representative panting cure prescription was analyzed. Finally, after sorting the knowledge of the doctors after Zhongjing in history, which can fully understand the system asthma.Results:The study found that asthma pathogenesis of Zhongjing described can be summarized as sthenia syndrome, asthenia syndrome and sthenia-asthenia syndrome. Asthenia syndrome of lung qi deficiency, kidney deficiency can be divided into not satisfied, lung and stomach yin deficiency; sthenia syndrome can be divided into the lung heat accumulation, within the cold drink, Yangming fu organ sthenia; sthenia-asthenia syndrome can be divided into the empty tables rheumatism, Yang-Qi with Yin deficiency.Conclusion:Zhongjing discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma is more than one,but all about the six exogenous evil lung spleen and stomach, kidney gas shortage, water drinkendogenous, caused by various reasons lead to chaos of Qi, Qi Shangni and asthma plays a key role.
