Study On The Problem Of Occupational Health Supervision In Panjin Petrochemical Industry

With the rapid development of China's economy, people are gradually towards a well-off life, but at the same time, labor protection and weak accumulation of occupational diseases is into the period of high risk and contradiction highlights. Due to the current occupational disease prevention and control technology and ability, toxic and harmful types of work and process transfer, prevention and control of occupational diseases, some areas of occupational disease prevention and control work is not enough attention, workers to protect their own weak and other reasons, and gradually formed a number of occupational hazards, involving a wide range of occupational disease patients. To find out the status of occupational health and improve the management level of occupational health is an important problem to be solved at present.Through the investigation of Panjin petroleum chemical industry occupational health status and occupational health investigation, to find out the focus and difficulties of the occupational health supervision proposed reasonable and feasible suggestions on protection, to establish and perfect the system of supervision and service of Panjin area to provide help.Through investigation and statistical analysis to carry out statistical analysis of the data.The rate of evaluating and detection of large-scale petrochemical enterprises is better; the majority of small and micro enterprises is worse in the occupation health and environment management.Occupation health supervision personnel understaffed; and law enforcement inspection coverage is not sufficient; occupation health administrative penalty amount is low; occupation health service agencies and occupation health examination number is small; inadequate staffing; detection and evaluation of medical coverage is small. Workers are lack of legal awareness.Panjin petrochemical industry has potential of occupational diseases, and it needs to be targeted for preventing and controlling. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the occupational health status in Panjin City, and make the occupational disease hazard risk management by improving the relevant policies, strengthening supervision, promoting training, scientific co-ordination, supervision departments pay attention to their own team building, strengthening the management of the professional health status.
