Occupational health not only relates to each employee's personal and family happiness,but also to the task of constructing a well-being society and the realization of the Chinese dream.Petrochemical industry is an important field of the occupational health issues,a series of problems existing in its regulatory,mainly includes: management defects like the legal system at the main level of government is imperfect,regulatory body does not reach the designated position,loose law enforcement,etc.;Enterprises ignore the health and safety for chasing interests,dummy internal trade unions difficult to effectively protect the rights and interests of employees;Giving up laws to assert own benefits for fear of losing job.All of these reasons caused the occupational health problems difficult to be effectively solved,thus the establishment of the occupational health supervision system in petrochemical industry is necessary.Thesis mainly put forward the corresponding countermeasures to problems from government,enterprises,individuals and other related mechanism.Firstly,defining the government's dominant position,establishing a sound legal mechanism,bringing pressure to the enterprise by clear division with individual responsibility,so no one dare to ignore the management of occupational health;Enterprise itself should also improve the internal mechanism by carrying out trade unionism so as to guard workers' rights and interests.Propaganda and training should be strengthened in order to create an excellent working environment good for workers' health;On other hand,the employees themselves also should enhance self protection consciousness,willing to defend their own lawful rights and interests by legal means,improving professional quality to avoid unsafe factors.In addition,actively introduce third-party occupational health monitoring institution to give full play to its maximum effect.Implementation of the above measures would be hold great significance to occupational health supervision in the petrochemical industry.Fundamental improvement could be made by 2020 under this supervision system and then to build the health of a well-off society in an all-round way.
