Clinical Observation Of Shenlingbaizhu Powder With Sishen Pill Decoction For The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Type Of Functional Diarrhea

Objective:The aim of the study was to observe add and subtract Shenling Baizhu powder with Sishen pill in the treatment of functional chronic diarrhea,Discuss the mechanism for the treatment of functional diarrhea.Methods:Random selection with the Chinese medicine diagnosis of Pixu diarrhea and Western medicine diagnosis of functional diarrhea,there were 80 cases of functional diarrhea patients.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,except the loss of cases,there were both 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group,patients in the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease showed no statistical difference.The treatment group were given decoction of add and subtract Shenling Baizhu powder with Sishen pill,a dally agent,Oral points twice in the morning and evening after dinner half an hour.The control group of Western medicine alone,Montmorillonite dispersed 3g tid,Bifidobacterium viable capsules 0.35 g bid,Treatment for 6 weeks.During the treatment,without eating cold? greasy?spicy or stimulating food,ban alcohol and tobacco,pay attention to rest,to maintain a good mentality and rest rules,avoid strenuous exercise and competitive activities,not allowed to take drugs associated with this disease drugs or have influence on the test.Six weeks later,Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,before and after treatment,symptom integral,relapse and related indicators.Results:The results of this study show that,after six weeks of treatment,The treatment group of 30 cases,clinical cure 4 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,30 cases were cured in 3 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).But after 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group of 30 cases,clinical cure 3 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective 15 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total effective rate of 83.33%;In the control group,30 cases were cured in 2 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P>0.05),The long term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and no significant effect on the routine examination of the two groups after the end of the test.Conclusions:Both Add and subtract Shenling Baizhu powder with Sishen pill and western medicine have significant effect for the spleen deficiency type of functional diarrhea,there was no significant difference,but in the long-term curative effect,Troditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of stable curative effect,and non-toxic side effects,safe and effective.
