Objective Chinese medicine superfine powder of the present application is a hot research field of traditional Chinese medicine. The subject experiment hospital preparation Huoxue Xiaoying film shamisen insect drugs as research object, centipedes, Eupolyphaga, dung beetle insect compound in preparation of ultrafine, superfine and fine powder of a comparative study of the physical properties.Reasonable for ultrafine grinding of medicine to provide experimental evidence and research base. Methods(1) the study of preparation technology: Using laser particle size analyzer Top Sizer powder particle size index, screening grinding equipment, grinding pressure, feed size, grading rotation number of other parameters, optimum grinding process preferably centipede, woodlouse, insect dung beetle.(2) powders were characterized with physical property research: From the exterior characteristics and microscopic morphology, particle size of the powder, the powder bulk density, bulk density, angle of repose and other aspects of the drug were fine and ultrafine inspect. By hygroscopic rate, and the percentage of moisture measurement study ultrafine powder with hygroscopic critical relative humidity and flow changes.(3) Determination of extract:Hot dipping in accordance with Appendix XA Pharmacopoeia under centipede were alcohol-soluble extract Determination, Of water-soluble extract Eupolyphaga be measured for water-soluble extract dung beetle insects were detected.(4) Comparative analysis of the main ingredient: Using SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, centipedes, insect dung beetle in a comparative analysis of protein components. HPLC using uracil content of Eupolyphaga comparative analysis. Supplemented by TLC were compared. Results(1) optimizing airflow crusher for crushing equipment, the centipede superfine grinding technology for grinding pressure is 0.8MPa, 80 mesh, feed particle size classification speed 6000r/min.Eupolyphaga superfine grinding technology for grinding pressure is 1.0MPa, 80 mesh, feed particle size classification speed 8000r/min.Dung beetle insect superfine grinding technology for grinding pressure is 1.0MPa, 80 mesh, feed particle size classification speed 4000 r/min.(2) Centipede, Eupolyphaga, compared with the dung beetle insect superfine powder, smaller particle size and particle size distribution is more uniform, superfine powder bulk density, bulk density, angle of repose was slightly larger than fines.Overall hygroscopic medicinal descending order centipede, woodlouse, insect dung beetle three insect drugs and their ultrafine powder at 25?, 75% humidity or less hygroscopic, which Eupolyphaga fine powder is slightly stronger than the ultrafine Eupolyphaga.Show superfine powder, fine powder flowability and hygroscopicity no significant difference.(3) Under hot dipping centipede fine, superfine alcohol-soluble extract content was 26.29%, 29.67%, Eupolyphaga fine, superfine water-soluble extract content was 21.25%, 23.71%, dung beetle insect powder, ultra micronized water-soluble extract content was 20.17%, 23.53%.Ultrafine powder extract content than to have some increase.(4) TLC, HPLC, SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis results showed that the ultrafine grinding did not cause a change in the chemical composition of the main ingredients shamisen insects, maintaining original potency. Conclusion airflow crusher is applicable to the centipede, ground beetle, dung beetle insect of superfine powder preparation, and simple process.Medicinal materials after superfine grinding its physical properties is relatively stable, unaffected and main chemical composition in the extract content of superfine powder is better than that of fine powder, effectively guarantee the medicinal effect.
