Objective:discuss The drug laws of Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer based on Toxin,Thlegm,Blood Stasis and Virtual theory according to study data mining.Method:The study was divided into two parts:the first part is to sum up the drug laws in treatment of Primary carcinoma of liver of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine masters.The second part of the study is about the drug laws and initial academic thoughts of Hubei Province Hospital of liver disease,in treatment of primary liver cancer.In this part of the research, through using the structured electronic medical records with primary liver cancer patients in liver disease outpatient of Chinese medicine hospital in hubei province, clinical datas of primary liver cancer outpatients in outpatient of Hubei Province Hospital of liver disease were collected.Through the data integration and concurrent, data extraction, transformation and loading, the data together, reusing data classification, association, and clustering data mining technology to analyze the data.Then we use big data analysis methods such as data classification, data association, data clustering to make data Retrospective analysis.By collecting a total of 1242 cases of primary liver cancer patients in outpatient of Hubei Province Hospital of liverdisease,a total of 871 valid prescription were sorted out.Then we made frequency analysis and cluster analysis on Prescription drugs, and made a summary and Conclusion on drug laws.Result:(1)The treatment of primary liver cancer can mainly from poison virtual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome differentiation, and has obvious rules to follow. By Cluster analysis of all drugs,we got the classified Chinese medcine and the cumulative frequency rank order are : tonic,Phlegm herbs, other drug addition and subtraction, blood circulation drugs and antidotes.(2)According to the law of the drug using frequency, the overall drug use of the top four medicines are podia cocas, turtle shell,radix curcumae,salvia miltiorrhiza,their frequency of usage is more than 40%.
