Study On The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of ITP Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveTo explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia in recent 20 years,and to provide some ideas and methods for the future treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodThe literature was based on computer searching and the associated literature of the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia was searched from China academic journal full-text database,Wanfang data knowledge service platform,China biomedical literature database from 1999 to 2018.Then the Chinese medicine prescriptions in the literature database was collected and was typed into an Excel spreadsheet to establish database of herbs.SPSS20.0 statistical software and SPSS Modeler18.0 was used to process the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis to explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine used by modern doctors in the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia.Result(1)There were 154 references were collected,which concluded 179 Chinese medicine prescriptions and 173 Chinese herbs.The total herb use frequency reached 2042 times,and licorice was mostly used which reached 117 times.Other herbs that reached more than 40 times were astragalus(116 times),angelica(95 times),rehmanniae radix(93 times),agrimony(83 times),atractylodes(76 times),moutan cortex(71 times),lanceolata(61 times),eclipta(59 times),madder(58 times),poria(56 times),panax notoginseng(47 times),white peony root(46 times),ligustrum lucidum(44 times),red peony root(43 times),prepared radix rehmanniae(43 times),donkey hide gelatin(41 times),lithospermum(41 times).(2)The 173 Chinese herbs can be divided into 17 categories of Chinese medicine.The deficiency-nourishing drugs were the mostly used,followed by heat-clearing drugs and hemostatic drugs.The results of cluster analysis and correlation analysis showed that the most used drug pairs by modern medical doctors for the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia were eclipta and ligustrum lucidum,rehmanniae radix and moutan cortex,astragalus and angelica,red peony root and buffalo horn,atractylodes and poria,etc.Deficiency-nourishing drugs,heat-clearing drugs and blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs was paid more attention to the application and compatibility.(3)The 154 references concluded 51 Chinese medicine prescriptions and 114 Chinese herbs on the tretment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia.The total herb use frequency reached 634 times,and licorice was the mostly used which reached 41 times.Other herbs that reached more than 10 times were astragalus(40 times),rehmanniae radix(34 times),angelica(31 times),agrimony(29 times),moutan cortex(24 times),eclipta(23 times),atractylodes(22 times),lanceolata(20 times),madder(20 times),poria(18 times),ligustrum lucidum(16 times),red peony root(15 times),lithospermum(14 times),panax notoginseng(13 times).The results of cluster analysis and correlation analysis showed that the most used drug pairs by modern medical doctors for the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia were spine date seed and arillus longan,eclipta and ligustrum lucidum,rehmanniae radix and moutan cortex,yam and wolfberry fruit,etc.ConclusionThe most used Chinese herbs for the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia were licorice,astragalus,angelica,rehmanniae radix,agrimony.The most used categories of Chinese medicine for the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia were deficiency-nourishing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,hemostatic drugs and blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs.Data mining can find the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ITP and serve the clinical treatment.
