Objective: To find out the acceptability of the patients in slight or moderate Lumbar Disc Herniation with single Traditional Chinese Medical treatment,integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy,TCM Comprehensive Therapy.Methods: Selecting four hospitals in my City as the respondent,invest all outpatients with slight or moderate Lumbar Disc Herniation carried out a total number of 504 from October 2013 to December 2014.The investigation incorporates the characteristics of the general demography,patients compliance in the course of treatment,and the acceptability to the safety,efficiency and other aspects of the treatment,the sf-12 Scale before and after treatment.After inputting the data with?Epidata3.02 software,use SPSS13.0 to do the statistical analysis,and the analytical methods,include chi-square test,non-parametric test and variance analysis.Results:1?There exists statistical distinctions in the patients' acceptability to Single Traditional Chinese Medical treatment,Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy,and TCM Comprehensive Therapy.The concrete manifestations are as follows:(1)Rates of compliance of the treatment ranked as: TCM Comprehensive Therapy(99.0%),Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(98.1%),Single Traditional Chinese medicine technology(91.6%),with distinctions among three groups(P<0.05);(2)The efficiency of treatment ranked as Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(100.0%),TCM Comprehensive Therapy(100.0%),Single Traditional Chinese medicine technology(95.9%),with distinctions among three groups(P<0.05);(3)The satisfaction rate in the course of treatment ranked as: TCM Comprehensive Therapy(100.0%),Single Traditional Chinese medicine technology(98.6%),Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(96.3%),with distinctions among three groups(P<0.05);(4)The satisfaction rate after the treatmentranked as :TCM Comprehensive Therapy(100.0%),Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(98.1%),Single Traditional Chinese medicine technology(95.8%),with distinctions among three groups(P<0.05);(5)The satisfaction rate of the costs after treatment ranked as TCM Comprehensive Therapy(100.0%),Single Traditional Chinese medicine technology(98.7%),Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(98.1%),with distinctions among three groups(P<0.05)?2?The difference of the physical SF-12 Scale scores of the patients before and after treatment from high to low ranked as:TCM Comprehensive Therapy(17.3±6.5),Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy(14.9 ± 4.8),Single Traditional Chinese Medical treatment(11.7 ± 4.3),with statistical differences existing in each two groups(P<0.001);The difference of the mental scores of the patients before and after treatment from high to low ranked as follows: TCM Comprehensive Therapy:(20.1±5.6),Integrated Chinese and Western medicinetherapy(18.1±4.2),Single Traditional Chinese medicine(15.7±3.9),with statistical differences existing in eachtwo groups(P<0.001)?Conclusion:TCM Comprehensive Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation is efficient and less risky in adverse with moderate costs of treatment,and can be easily accepted by patients.
