From The Heart And Kidney In Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment Research On The Clinical Effect Of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy

Objective: Evaluation based on the theory of mild cognitive impairment from heart kidney treatment of TCM comprehensive therapy to treat the clinical efficacy and safety of mild cognitive impairment,for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment,and provide new ways to prevent alzheimer's.Methods: Randomly with 90 patients were randomly divided into the standard for the Chinese herbal medicine group(30 cases)and combined therapy group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),three groups were given basic treatment and control of hypertension,high blood sugar,high blood lipids and other primary disease,while a single pure Chinese medicine the use of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation group(heart qi deficiency of kidney essence-kidney,kidney yang deficiency regulating heart-heart Huo Wang Jiaotongxinshen Fang)therapy,comprehensive therapy group with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture and massage,herbal fumigation therapy of Chinese medicine,respectively before treatment,sixth weeks and 12 weeks of TCM syndrome integral,the mini mental state examination(MMSE),ADAS-Cog scale delayed recall(ADAS-COG-DVR)and instrumental activities of daily living(IADL)and other cognitive score changes,observe the long-term efficacy and safety of follow-up 6 months after treatment Sexual target.Results:(A)the 6th week1.Simple Chinese group and combination therapy group-based group before treatment symptom score,MMSE and ADAS-COG-DVR has improved combination therapy group difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the difference was not statistically pure Chinese medicine group significance(P> 0.05);2.Combination therapy group than in the pure traditional Chinese medicine group and control group symptom score,MMSE and ADAS-COG-DVR improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);3.The three groups IADL scores were not significantly improved;(B)the 12 th week1.Simple Chinese group and combination therapy group-based group before treatment symptom score,MMSE and ADAS-COG-DVR improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),and were better than the control group(P <0.05);2.The combination therapy group and pure Chinese medicine group symptom score,MMSE and ADAS-COG-DVR score was no significant difference(P> 0.05);3.Only three groups combined therapy group IADL scores have improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);Conclusion: From heart and kidney Treating mild cognitive impairment clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment program a significant advantage,choose the appropriate Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment program can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the treatment cycle,improve MMSE score and reduce the ADAS-COG-DVR integration,more effective worthy of further clinical application.
