Objective:The young group and the old group of mild cognitive impairment patients in the etiology, syndrome type and curative effect of the comparison and analysis, summed up the characteristics of the rules,so as to better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mild cognitive impairment in young,to avoid or delay dementia transformation.Method:1.Choising traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University hospital mild cognitive impairment patients from septemnber in 2015 to september in 2017 as the research object, the diagnostic criteria of MCI proposed by International Working Group for the conditions included age, with reference to international classification standard of the latest, the subjects were divided into two groups,a young group in which patients are age 14-59 years old with MCI,the other is elderly group in which patients are in aged 60 years and older.2.analysis of two groups of patients with causes the difference;the establishment of five kinds of syndrome types of TCM syndrome diagnosis: type of deficiency in air, kidney deficiency type,Ganyangshangkang type, phlegm and blood stasis in brain.Summed up the distribution rules of TCM syndrome, combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine, daily life ability scale,Montreal cognitive assessment,Minimum Mental State Examination as the evaluation criteria,we do curative effect in young group and old group patients were assessed.3.We evaluate the count data,by SPSS22.0 statistical software?the Chafang test and exact probability method. The measurement data were evaluated by T test, the correlation analysis was evaluated with simple linear correlation evaluation, and the non normal distribution data were evaluated by non parametric test. All statistical treatments were based on the level of alpha =0.05,and the difference between P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1.Compared with the elderly group, the middle age group were mainly vascular(39.5%),mental disorder(19.8%)and ventilatory disorder(19.8%),which are accounting for 79.1%.The elderly group was mainly degenerative(43%)and vascular(40.6%),which are accounting for 83.6%,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of patients in the young group and old group, the young group of kidney deficiency syndrome in 8 cases(6%),phlegm syndrome 46 cases(34.3%),blood stasis syndrome in 42 cases(31.3%),hyperactivity of liver Yang in 28 cases(20.9%),Qi and blood deficiency syndrome 10 cases(7.5%).The elderly group of kidney deficiency syndrome in 52 cases(31.9%),phlegm syndrome 30 cases(18.4%),blood stasis syndrome in 28 cases(17.2%),hyperactivity of liver Yang 10(6.1),deficiency of blood and Qi(26.4%).After the chi square test, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, that is,there were differences in the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types in the two groups.Compared with the elderly group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of compound syndrome.3.With MMSE,MoCA,andi ADL as the evaluation standard, the difference of the score of the young and middle-aged group was greater than that of the old group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The etiology in young and middle-aged patients is mainly vascular, traumatic, mental disorders and obstructive sleep apnea, and degenerative and vascular factors were the main factors in the elderly group.2.The patients' TCM syndrome type distribution, the elderly group appears with deficiency of kidney essence, deficiency of air and blood, and middle and young people group with phlegm obstruction, blood stasis and cerebral collaterals.3.After the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,it was found that it curative effect of the middle and young patients was better than that of the elderly patients.
