Effects Of Duxiao Ganqing Pill On The Expression Of INOS In Intestinal Tissue And Serum NO Concentration In Rats With Liver Cirrhosis

Objective: by observing the effects of duxiao Ganqing Pill on expression of intestinal mucosa in rats with liver cirrhosis,thus the elaboration duxiao Ganqing pill intervention mechanism of liver cirrhosis of intestinal mucosal barrier,Qing wan to provide certain scientific basis in the intestinal mucosal barrier in clinical treatment for liver cirrhosis duxiao.Methods: the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,respectively,8 rats in the normal group,model group,control group,duxiao Ganqing pill,high,low dose group with 16 rats in each group.Except the normal control group,model group,were given corresponding medicine orally.Blank group: the same period kept under the same conditions,given daily doses of 2ml/100 g of distilled water gavage;model group: the same period kept under the same conditions,given daily doses of 2ml/100 g of distilled water gavage;high dose group(223.4mg/kg): once a day by intragastric administration,continuous administration for 12 weeks;the middle dose group(111.7mg/kg): a day the drugs were administered orally,administered continuously for 12 weeks;low dose group(58.9mg/kg): once a day by intragastric administration,continuous administration for 12 weeks;lactulose group(concentration 100g/L,by 1ml/100 g gavage): once a day by intragastric administration,continuous administration for 12 weeks.Observe the general situation of rat were recorded during the experiment,after the last administration,the rats were killed,the observation of intestinal mucosal damage under the microscope,and histopathological observation under microscope.The blank group,model group,lactulose group,duxiao Ganqing pills high dose group blend for immunohistochemical analysis to observe the expression of iNOS protein.Results: Duxiao Ganqing intestinal mucosal barrier pill intervention,can decrease the expression of iNOS,compared with the model group,there was significant difference,P<0.05,which has a very significant difference,P<0.01 of high dose group;the lactulose group compared with the model group,there was significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion: Duxiao Ganqing pills through the intervention of intestinal mucosa barrier,increase the expression of iNOS,inhibit the expression of iNOS protein,with the protection of intestinal mucosal barrier function in liver cirrhosis.
