Objective:Removing liver clearing Pill on serum tumor necrosis factor alpha in rats with liver cirrhosis were observed by virus(TNF- alpha), interleukin-6(IL-6) and the pathological changes of the liver, further proof of duxiao Ganqing role Pill on treatment of liver cirrhosis and its mechanism.Methods:1 The experimental rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank group, model group, lactulose group, duxiao Ganqing pill high, medium and low dose group.2 Model: except the blank group rats in other groups were given subcutaneous injection of 50% carbon tetrachloride solvent thigh, each 0.5 ml- 100g-1, 2- WK-1, and according to the change of body weight adjusted dose, a total of 12 wk, preparation of liver cirrhosis model.3 Intragastric administration: In addition to the blank group and model group were given distilled water, the rats were treated with corresponding drugs orally. Description of duxiao Ganqing Pill on liver cirrhosis in rats serum TNF- alpha, IL-6 content has a certain improving effect.2 Effects of duxiao Ganqing Pill on pathological changes of rat liver with cirrhosis: lactulose group, high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group of liver cirrhosis in rats and the protective effect of reducing.Conclusion:1 The thigh subcutaneous injection of 50% carbon tetrachloride solvent, each 0.5 ml-100g-1, 2- WK-1, and according to the change of body weight adjusted dose, 12 wk, can be successfully prepared animal models of hepatic cirrhosis model.2 Determination of the indicators in this study showed that: duxiao Ganqing pill can to a certain extent, reduce the level of TNF- alpha, IL-6, improve the morphology of rats with liver cirrhosis liver pathology, duxiao Ganqing pill high dose group, obvious curative effect, and the overall effect is better than lactulose group.3 Effects of duxiao Ganqing Pill on pathological changes of rat liver with cirrhosis: lactulose group, high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group of liver cirrhosis in rats and the protective effect of reducing.
