Study On Mechanism Of Chai Bai Granules Treat Hypomenorrhea ( Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Type )

Objective: The research field of this topic is the clinical research of gynecologic menstrual diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.The purpose is to observe the influence of hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome on women's health and quality of life through the overall dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of oral self-made Chai Bai granules in treating hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.By comparing the physical signs,symptoms and other indicators before and after treatment,the effectiveness,safety and superiority of oral self-made Chai Bai granules in treating hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and liver depression were verified.Methods: A total of 72 patients with hypomenorrhea who met the requirements of this research and were hospitalized in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to November2018 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was orally administered with self-made Chai Bai granules,while the control group was orally administered with Chinese patent medicine female gold tablets.Both groups of patients took 3 courses of drugs continuously as required.During this period,the improvement degree of TCM syndromes before and after treatment of the two groups of patients was observed,and the two groups of patients were comprehensively and systematically observed clinically.Finally,the experimental data were analyzed by statistics.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24 %,and that of the control group was 84.38 %.after statistical analysis,the treatment effect of self-made chaibao granule in the treatment group on hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome was better than that of the control group(p< 0.05).There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved and there wassignificant difference(p<0.05).it can be concluded that the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The application of self-made Chai Bai granule in treating hypomenorrhea(kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome)has remarkable curative effect,so it can be concluded that the application of Chinese medicine dialectical theory combined with Chinese medicine in treating hypomenorrhea has the characteristics of good curative effect and high safety,and provides a new dialectical point of view and diagnosis and treatment ideas for Chinese medicine in treating this disease,which has far-reaching significance for further study of Chinese medicine theory.
