Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills For Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Purpose: To observe the safety and efficacy of the compound danshen dropping pill in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type non proliferation phase of diabetic retinopathy.Method: This experiment adopted randomized block design,with 48 cases in our hospital ophthalmology clinic and hospitalization of patients with non proliferation Dr.Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,in accordance with the principle of randomized,were divided into two groups,experimental group 24 people,the treatment group 24 people.During the treatment of two groups of patients,according to the circumstance,were accepted the foundation treatment includingdepressurization,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering and the control of the basic diseases.24 cases with 24 eyes in treatment group adopted compound danshen dropping pill,while control group patients,as well as 24 cases with 24 eyes,usedcompound danshen dropping pill placebo.Period of treatment was 6 months.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of patients with visual acuity,fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography,change of TCM syndrome curative effect,the index of blood,urine,stool,intraocular pressure,ECG and other safety indicators included either.The final packet data was obtained by spass19.0 software for statistical analysis.Result: After 6 months treatment,the visual acuity of the patients in the treatment group was significantly improved,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.After the treatment,the experimental group of patients with visual acuity improvement rate was 91.67%,control group,visual acuity improvement rate was 62.5%,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;the patients in the treatment group TCM syndrome remission rate was 87.5%,higher than 45.83% in the control group,there was significant difference in two groups;the two group of retinal hemorrhage and microvascular tumor after treatment the treatment group were improved,fundus improved effective rate was 87.5%,the control group was 58.33%,the treatment group than the control group;the treatment group to improve the retinal circulation time was 79.16%,the effective rate of control group 66.67%,treatment group retinal circulation time change significantly, the significant differences between the two groups;the total effective rate of two groups were treatment group 83.33%,control group 66.67%,between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant.In the two groups of patients during the treatment,there was no safety problem of clinical significance.Conclusion: Compound Danshen dripping pills can improve qi stagnation and blood stasis type non proliferative diabetic retinal lesions in patients with visual acuity,fundus was improved,the efficiency is higher than that of calcium dobesilate group.Compound Danshen dripping pill can improve the retinal circulation time in patients with non proliferative diabetic retinopathy,but there is no significant difference between the calcium hydroxide group and calcium hydroxide group.Compound Danshen dripping pills can alleviate non proliferative diabetic retinal lesions of qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with TCM syndrome,and the curative effect was significantly higher than that of calcium dobesilate group.Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in treatment of non proliferative qi stagnation and blood stasis non proliferative diabetic retinopathy and the curative effect is exact,safe and reliable,and the curative effect of calcium dobesilate is more significant.
