Research About Treatment Programs Of Chinese Medicine’s Intervention About Unstable Angina Based On Cause Of Tanyufuxie

Purpose: Observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine to standardize the clinical effect of treatment of unstable angina and follow-up of patients during drug safety evaluation,and standardized treatment group compared with western medicine in patients with myocardial infarction,sudden death and other cardioascular eents,such as advantage.Method:Using randomized,double-blind,multicenter parallel comparison within the same period of test method.In patients with a total of 160 cases,control group 80 cases and the treatment group 80 examples,two groups of patients were given western medicine standardized treatment of unstable angina,the treatment group used in the treatment of western medicine standardization and red t2 dm particles.Treatment for 4 weeks.In order to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and sudden death as the main index,the incidence of reascularization,risk stratification,and the quality of life,such as ecg curative effect as secondary indexes,evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result: In terms of lower rate of myocardial infarction and sudden death,Chinese medicine intervention group was better than control group;Improved angina symptoms,Chinese medicine intervention group was better than control group(P < 0.05);In reducing the incidence of reascularization,TCM intervention can obviously decrease the rate of blood supply reconstruction;In terms of improving risk stratification,traditional Chinese medicine intervention group was better than control group(P < 0.05);In improving the quality of life,compared with control group,PL,AS,AF,TS,DP five aspects have significant difference(P < 0.05);In terms of improving ecg curative effect,Chinese medicine intervention group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Test the whole process of the safety index in both groups were not seen obvious abnormity,and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Based on the theory of fu evil of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unstable angina curative effect is clear,and the standardization ofclinical curative effect is better than western medicine treatment group,high safety,to reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction and sudden death rate,revascularization,improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,risk stratification and ecg curative effect,improve the patients quality of life and so on various aspects has greater superiority.
