Objective:To observe the effect of chest impediment decoction on patients, who have unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease, and its effects on HCY,ox-LDL,hs-CRP and ECG.Method:Selecting the total of 60 inpatients from January 2015 to January 2016,who have coronary heart disease in Cadre Cardiovascular Department Ward and the inpatients who have coronary heart disease with unstable angina in Common Cardiovascular Department Ward respectively in Anhui First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It is randomly divided into two groups: the contrast group with conventional western medicine treatment, the research group with conventional western medicine treatment and chest impediment decoction. Each group has 30 patients. The contrast group were given by conventional western medicine treatment(nitrates, antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulant drugs,lipid-lowering drugs,?-blockers and calcium channel blockers). The research group were given extra chest impediment decoction on the base of routine western medicine treatment. The usage of the decoction: each oral 200 ml,2 times a day. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. To compare the changes of serum ox-LDL,HCY,hs-CRP levels and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, and to observe the clinical effects of the treatment group on the number and frequency of angina pectoris,ECG ST-T changes, quality of life and blood lipid Indicators and safety indicators.SPSS19.O statistical software is used for statistical analyses and conclusions.Result:1.After the treatment, the electrocardiograms of the two groups were improved, the effective rate of the research group was 83.3%,and the effective rate of the contrast group was 70%.The research group was better than the contrast group;2.After the treatment, the rate of nitroglycerin was 90% in the research group and 70% in the contrast group. The research group was superior to the contrast group.3.The TC and TG in the two groups were lower than before. And the research group was significantly lower than the contrast group; The HDL-C in the two groups were higher than before and the research group was higher than the other group; The LDL-C of the two groups were reduced, and the research group was more obvious;4.The serum ox-LDL of the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the research group was more obvious than the contrast group.5.The serum HCY of the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the decrease of the research group was more obvious than the contrast group.6.The serum hs-CRP in the two groups were decreased after the treatment, and the decrease of the research group was more obvious than the contrast group. Conclusions:Chest impediment decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment is clearly effective for the patients with clinical efficacy who have coronary heart disease with unstable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type). It can reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients and improve the resting ECG of the patients.Meanwhile,it can improve the frequency of angina attacks, the disease extent and the time of the disease. It is obviously helpful for patients in improving their TCM syndrome and the quality of their life.
