Purpose: In this study,we observed 100 cases of intervention in patients with coronary heart disease before and after the intervention syndrome changes and Xinyue capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)randomized, double blind, placebo controlled clinical trials. To explain the influence of Chinese medicine intervention on the syndrome of coronary heart disease, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: Using a combination of literature research, clinical epidemiological investigation and random,double-blind,placebo control clinical trial design method, respectively,in Department of Cardiology;the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine in December 2013-December 2014 100 patients after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease,64 patients after PCI card is Qi Yin deficiency patients as the research object,Through a series of physicochemical examination, syndrome score and clinical investigation of patients for collecting clinical data,to establish the database, finally, using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for statistical, using the method of chi square test,t test, descriptive statistics analysis of intervention treatment of Chinese medicine after the intervention of coronary heart disease syndromes affecting.Result:Epidemiological study found that intervention of coronary heart disea se patients with multi with chest tightness, chest pain, trapped body weigh t and intervention after 3 months to shortness of breath, chest tightness, fatigue, involved in postoperative 6 months by shortness of breath, weaknes s,fatigue, lazy words mainly, card type operation prior to blood stasis,p hlegm heart pulse based, significantly increased after the intervention of 3 months,6 months and yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndr ome,was statistically significant, card type more than changed little.Cli nical trials found that after the intervention of syndrome types were deficiency of both qi and Yin of the two groups of patients, the treatmen t group after the medication for 3 months,6 months, tightness in the chest, palpi tation, shortness of breath, fatigue, spontaneous perspiration and other sy mptoms compared with the control group had significant improvement, medicat ion after 6 months LVEF%,the quality of life self rating scale there are a lso significant differences, taking no adverse events and endpoints occur. Conclusion: Intervention before the later of intervention in patients with co ronary heart disease chest pain significantly improved, evil to being safe, but shortness of breath, fatigue and other symptoms gradually increased,t o intervene before the visible elements of the syndrome, blood stasis, phle gm and other standard of evidence-based,post-intervention gradually to Qi Deficiency,Yin deficiency and so this conversion.Clinical trials in patie nts after intervention were using the card is Qiyinliangxu Yiqiyangyin Mood s medicine capsules and placebo for 3 months,6 months after treatment grou p chest tightness, palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, spontaneous sweating and other symptoms significant effect than the control group sign ificantly improved symptoms in patients with significantly reduced compared with the previous improve heart function, quality of life has improved,th e whole no adverse events proving pharmaceutical intervention after interve ntional treatment of coronary heart disease and significant impact. In conv entional Western medicine taking anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering drugs at the same time good plus treatment with Chinese medicine, can impro ve symptoms, improve quality of life, and safety.
