Proprietary Chinese medicine is an important part of our country medicine domain,accumulated for thousands of years of Chinese traditional culture,the pharmaceutical industry in our country to participate in international competition occupies an important position,so the quality of the proprietary Chinese medicine standardization is particularly important.Proprietary Chinese medicine contain a variety of chemical composition,its curative effect is the integrated embodiment of its various component function.The fingerprint characteristic of infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction pattern can clearly reflect the comprehensive information of chemical composition of proprietary Chinese medicine of.This paper,by using infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD)method combined with stoichiometry respectively analyses the 12 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicine research,set up 12 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicine ir fingerprint and X-ray diffraction spectra.All text is divided into 10 chapters.Chapter one:Introduction.First of all,the paper summarized the research progresses of 12 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines and the application of infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction method in identification of traditional Chinese medicines,then the paper expounds the research purpose and meaning.A total of 118 references are cited.Chapter two:Study on the infrared fingerprints of cough medicines.First,I have determined the best experiment conditions of the infrared spectrograms method.Then,The infrared spectrograms of 4 kinds of Chinese patent medicine belong to cough medicine samples are determined,respectively.The consistency of the infrared spectrograms of the same Chinese patent medicine is investigated by cluster analysis,and the results show that the infrared spectrograms of samples from the same manufacture and different manufactures are in good agreement.The artificial neural networks(ANN)are applied to classify the 4 kinds of cough medicines,and the results show that the identification of 4 kinds of Chinese patent medicine can be achieved by ANN.The infrared fingerprints of 4 kinds of cough medicines are established by average method.Chapter three:Study on the infrared fingerprints of nerves tonic medicines.The infrared spectrograms of 3 kinds of Chinese patent medicine belong to nerves tonic medicine samples are determined,respectively.The consistency of the infrared spectrograms of the same Chinese patent medicine is investigated by cluster analysis,and the results show that the infrared spectrograms of samples from the same manufacture and different manufactures are in good agreement.The artificial neural networks(ANN)are applied to classify the 3 kinds of nerves tonic medicines,and the results show that the identification of 3 kinds of Chinese patent medicine can be achieved by ANN.The infrared fingerprints of 3 kinds of nerves tonic medicines are established by average method.Chapter four:Study spectrograms of 2 kinds of Chinese patent medicine belong to external use medicine samples are determined,respectively.The consistency of the infrared spectrograms of the same Chinese patent medicine is investigated by cluster analysis,and the results show that the infrared spectrograms of samples from the same manufacture and different manufactures are in good agreement.The artificial neural networks(ANN)are applied to classify the 2 kinds of external use medicines,and the results show that the identification of 2 kinds of Chinese patent medicine can be achieved by ANN.The infrared fingerprints of 2 kinds of external use medicines are established by average method.Chapter six:Search on infrared fingerprint of 12 kinds of Chinese patent medicine.The infrared fingerprints of 12 kinds of Chinese patent medicine as a standard pattern recorded in the spectral database.All samples are retrieval within the scope of the full spectrum by the search function of the software.The matching results show that infrared fingerprint standard pattern library of proprietary Chinese medicines of the newly established can classification and identification of 12 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines.Chapter seven:Study on the XRD fingerprint of cough medicines.First,I have determined the best experiment conditions of X-ray diffraction.Then,The XRD spectrograms of 4 kinds of the results show that the XRD spectrograms of samples from the same manufacture and different manufactures were in good agreement.The artificial neural networks(ANN)were applied to classify the 4 kinds of cough medicines,and the results show that the identification of 4 kinds of Chinese patent medicine can be achieved by ANN.The XRD fingerprints of 4 kinds of cough medicines are established by average method.Chapter eight:Study on XRD fingerprints of nerves tonic medicines.The XRD spectrograms of 3 kinds of Chinese patent medicine belong to nerves tonic medicine samples are determined,respectively.The consistency of the XRD spectrograms of the same Chinese patent medicine is investigated by cluster analysis,and the results show that the XRD spectrograms of Tianwang Buxin Wan from the same manufacture and different manufactures were in good agreement,while the XRD spectrograms of Bupi Yichang Wan and Qiye Shenan Pian from the same manufacture are were in good agreement,but the different manufactures have some difference.The artificial neural networks(ANN)were applied to classify the 3 kinds of nerves tonic medicines,and the results show that the identification of 2 kinds of Chinese patent medicine can be achieved by ANN.The XRD fingerprints of 2 kinds of external use medicines are established by average method.
