Objective: Comparison of acute coronary syndrome of TCM syndrome type and CK- MB, MB, hs-cTnT level, the relationship between the type for syndrome differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation to provide theoretical support. Methods: In selected cases for TCM syndrome type classification and CK- MB, MB, hs- cTnT level testing, and every type of syndrome of ACS CK- MB, MB, hs-cTnT data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)serum myocardial level: the level of CK-MB, Mb and hs-cTnT in the acute coronary syndrome group was significantly higher than that in the non acute coronary syndrome group.(2) the gender distribution: there are gender differences in the incidence of acute coronary syndrome, and men are more likely to suffer from acute coronary syndrome than women.(3) age distribution: Patients with acute coronary syndrome are more susceptible to disease, and the age is concentrated in the age of fifty years and seventy years. The distribution characteristics of syndrome of TCM syndrome type(4) in patients with acute coronary syndrome: unstable angina pectoris with deficiency of both qi and Yin, mostly distributed, non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction with blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel is in the majority, with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis in majority.(5)Group differences in acute coronary syndrome of different TCM syndrome types of CK-MB, MB, HS cTn T analysis: 5 acute coronary syndrome of TCM syndrome type of CK-MB, MB, c TnT pairwise comparison, removing blood stasis obstruction syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi and yin deficiency and Yin cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group and Yin cold stagnation, Qi and yin deficiency syndrome group and Yin cold stagnation syndrome and Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group, Yin cold stagnation, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group and Yin cold stagnation syndrome group, and the remaining 21 of the differences were statistically significance. And in the CK-MB, Mb, hs-cTnT level of expression, phlegm syndrome group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group level is higher. Conclusion:(1) CK-MB,Mb, hs-cTnT level and acute coronary syndrome has obvious correlation, acute coronary syndrome, specificity, sensitivity index. A significant correlation between(2) CK-MB, MB, cTnT and acute coronary comprehensive syndrome of TCM syndrome type, and acute coronary syndromes, syndrome of different TCM syndrome types of CK-MB, MB, HS cTnT level expression has obvious difference, expressed at the level of CK-MB, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, myocardial injury. In MB level expression, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, blood stasis syndrome group, myocardial injury; on the level of HS cTnT, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group, deficiency of both qi and Yin group, myocardial injury.(3) CK-MB, Mb, hs-cTnT level can be used as an objective index of TCM syndrome differentiation of acute coronary syndrome, and provide theoretical basis for the assessment of TCM syndrome types of acute coronary syndrome.
