Object:Study on Clinical significance and correlation cTnI﹑MYO﹑CK-MB and Hemorheology in Patients with acute myocardial infarction。Methods:Control study between 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction ,65 cases of medical examinations and 48 AMI cases with at tack o f chest pain were determined at different time , Fluorescence enzyme immunoassay was used, by which the serum cTnI﹑MYO﹑CK﹣MB, check the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and HCT﹑ plasma protein, plasma lipid. Use independent T-sample test to implement further analyze and statistics.Result:(1)The serum cTnI﹑MYO﹑CK﹣MB o f coronary heart disease were respectively 4.05±2.02μg/l,171.55±39.67μg/L,29.73±10.25 ng/mL, they were significantly higher than those 0.01±0.01 ng/l,20.84±11.50μg/L,2.51±1.42 ng/mL in control group.(2) cTnI and CK﹣MB increased while MYO decreased as the prolonged at tack duration of chest pain ( P< 0. 05) (3)Compare with the control group, the Acute Myocardial Infarction group has significant differences (P<0.05) in blood viscosity (high, middle, less), plasma viscosity, TP, ALB and TG. High hematocrit and high lipid affect hemorheology greater in hypertension group. High lipid affect hemorheology greater in Acute Myocardial Infarction group. Conclusions:The detection of cTnI,MYO,CK﹣MB which are cardiac injury markers have important clinical value to AMI diagnosis and monitoring disease . Acute Myocardial Infarction patients were in the stauts of hyperviscous, check of blood viscosity and plasma lipid was of positive influence on Acute Myocardial Infarction monitoring and complications prevention.
