Research Of The Treatment Of Phlegm Heat Excess Syndrome Of Stroke By Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of Apoplexy Syndrome belongs to positive phlegm heat accumulation, and to explore its mechanism of action and foreground of application, in order to provide the Chinese medicine disease treatment ideas and effective prescription for new treatment.Methods: 60 cases of Apoplexy Syndrome belongs to positive phlegm heat accumulation of randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group based on routine treatment of Western medicine plus oral or nasal feeding of Tongfu Zhuyu decoction. The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment, treatment for 14 days. Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy, clinical neural function defect score changes, TCM syndrome score changes, ADL score changes.Results: after 14 days of treatment, the treatment group the total clinical efficiency of 93.1% and the control group, the total efficiency of 86.2% has significant difference(P<0. 05). The degree of neurological deficit after treatment score, TCM syndrome score and activity of daily living score were significantly improved, there was significant difference compared with control group(P<0. 05), the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction on empirical apoplexy phlegm heat accumulation significantly, can significantly improve stroke phlegm heat excess syndrome patients clinical symptoms and signs, promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the quality of daily life of patients.
