Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction Combined On Clinical Research On Gastrointestinal Function Recovery Toxic Heat Flourishing Type Postoperative For Acute Appendicitis

Objective:Acute appendicitis is one of the most common surgical acute abdomen in clinic.Surgical removal of the appendix is the main treatment for appendicitis.Postoperative intestinal dysfunction After appendectomy increases patient's pain and prolongs hospitalization time.Early recovery of gastrointestinal function is particularly important.In this paper,through the oral Chinese herbal decoction through the abdominal blood stasis mixture and modern medical routine treatment of two kinds of curative effect comparison,to explore the effect of flaming-zhuyu mixture on the recovery of intestinal function after the operation of hot-toxic acute appendicitis.Method:From June 2015 to June 2017.in the General surgical ward of Liaocheng TCM hospital,62 patients were diagnosed as acute appendicitis(TCM syndrome is a heat toxicity flaming syndrome type).In accordance with the order of admission,the selection conforms to the TCM syndromes and Western medicine diagnostic criteria(see included standard)patients,before treatment for routine examination,examination,inspection.Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group in Western medicine on the basis of conventional treatment(?anti-infection?rehydration,supplemented electrolyte,such as ? protection of gastric mucosa)at 6 hours after the operation began to give two times a day,each 50ml through the abdominal blood stasis mixture,3 consecutive days of medicine.Control group iin Western medicine oin the basis of conventional treatment,6 hours after the operation given two times a day,each 50ml of warm water orally,even 3 days,treatment 3 days after the evaluation of curative effect.The two groups of symptom and sign,TCM symptom,bowel sound recovery time,first exhausting time,first defecation time,white blood cell count and hospitalization time of 3rd days after operation were compared.Results:The symptoms and signs of both groups were improved,and the Chinese Medicine treatment group was better than the Western control group.It is proved that the flaming-zhuyu mixture can promote the recovery of intestinal function after the operation of acute appendicitis with heat toxin.Conclusion:The effect of flaming-zhuyu mixture on the recovery of intestinal function after the operation of heat-poisoned acute appendicitis is obvious,the method optimizes the perioperative treatment and promotes the application of traditional Chinese medicine,which provides reference for the development of TCM clinical drug groups.
