| Objective : Observation of Yishen Huoxue Tongmai granule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris clinical curative effect and on serum lipids, plasma homocysteine(Hcy), effects of C-reactive protein(CRP) levels, for in-depth understanding of the clinical curative effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongmai granule as well as the related index to ring, and to explore its possible mechanism.method:Selected 60 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients were deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, were randomly divided to control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group on the basis of routine western medicine plus Yishen Huoxue Tongmai granule, control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, angina pectoris patients in the two groups were treated with nitric acid glycerol 0.5mg tongue with service, 5 minutes can be repeated, until the pain was relieved. The course of treatment in the two groups are 8 weeks.results:1 angina pectoris curative effect, the improvement of symptoms of Chinese medicine were in the treatment group(P<0.05), the treatment group and the control group electrocardiogram improvement condition is close to(P>0.05);2 treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);3 treatment group compared with the control group LDL-C, TC, TG levels were lower than the control group(P<0.01); although the level of HDL-C was elevated, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4 treatment group serum CRP, Hcy levels significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Mai granule combined with western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the Hcy CRP, significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the TCM syndrome, regulate blood lipids and anti-inflammatory. |
