| Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Jiajian Yihuang Decoction(JJYHD) on RVVC and explore its mechanism.Menthod:60 patients were divided into two groups atrandom:the te st group and the control group.The treatment consists of intensive t herapy and consolidation therapy.In the intensive treatment process,the test group(30cases,treated with JJYHD and Day0.4mg Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets) and the control group(30cases,treated with Day0.4mg Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets).After 3 daysof withdrawal,fungal ne gative patients entered a consolidation therapy.In the consolidation therapy process,the test group(treated with JJYHD and Day0.4mg Clot rimazole Vaginal Tablets)and the control group(treated with Day0.4mg Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets).They began to use drugs and treatment of three consecutive menstrual cycles 3 days after menstruation.Bef ore and after the treatment,improvement of theclinical symptoms,the vagina micro ecological restoration,the recurrence rate and differen ces between two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate is 90% in the test group, it is 83% in the control group.The difference was statistically sig nificant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the clinical manifestatio ns and symptom total credits of the treatment group are both imp roved and better than the control group.The difference was stati stically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal flora density, vaginal cleanliness and vaginal environment PH, H2O2 of the treatment g roup are both improved and better than the control group.The dif ference was statistically significant( P<0.05 or P<0.01).During the treatment of vaginal micro ecological restoration of the tre atment group are both improved and better than the control grou p.Conclusion: The Jiajian Yihuang Decoction has effective treatments for RVVC.The improvement of clinical symptoms and has obvious advantages in restoring and maintaining the vaginal micro ecological environment. |
