Objectives: To check the existence of diversity by comparing syndrome of TCM,the median age, immunohistochemical index,QOL score,Karnofsky score, body mass index, between the patients with breast cancer combined with type 2 diabetes and the patients with breast cancer uncombined with type 2 diabetes, and to analyze the clinical impact on type 2 diabetes to the patients with breast cancer of stage I-III。Method: Case group was associated with 49 breast cancer patients combined with type 2 diabetes, and Matched group was associated with 115 breast cancer patients uncombined with type 2 diabetes, all of the case samples were selected from breast cancer female patients of stage I –III,who were treated by systemic radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy in Shandong Qianfoshan hospital from Jan of 2011 to Dec of 2015. A retrospective analysis was performed to compare the patients sick age, body mass index and immunohistochemical results and other indicators between case group and matched group. The Clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine from both case group and matched group was classified into Deficiency,Qi stagnation, blood type and blood stasis, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, toxic heat accumulation Type, phlegm type. A analyze on distribution relevance of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine for this two groups was performed through observing the syndrome distribution situation in each group。Results: 1. no significant difference on the median age and body mass index for the case group and the matched group(P=0.092、P=0.655)2. No statistical significance on the ER(estrogen receptor)、PR(progesterone receptor)、Her-2(human epidermalgrowth factor receptor 2) for the case group and the matched group(P=0.058,P=0.054,P=0.638)3. Statistical significance on expression of Ki-67 for the case group and the matched group because it is higher in the case group than in the matched group(P=0.032)4. No otherness in the distribution of TCM Syndrome for the case group and the matched group(X2=4.890,P=0.673)5. Statistical significance on the Karnofsky score,QOL score,ZPS score for the case group and the matched group, because the score in case group is bad than in matched group(P=0.023,P=0.028,P=0.031)。Conclusion: 1. Breast cancer patients Combined with T2DM(type 2 diabetes mellitus) has no statistical significance on PR,ER,Her-2 of with breast cancer patients, while has higher positive rate of ER,Her-2,Ki-67 than breast cancer patients.2. Breast cancer patients Combined with T2DM(type 2 diabetes mellitus) has no alike distribution on the syndrome of TCM with breast cancer patients, and they were classified into Deficiency, blood stasis, and qi stagnation. And they got lower score on physical condition3. Breast cancer patients Combined with T2 DM,especially with high BMI(body mass index)and(or)fact abdomen, should have more attention to strengthen the inspection on the breast and is advised to have the ultrasonic scanning of breast and molybdenum target check.
