Clinical Observation Of Gancao Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of Dampness And Heat In Spleen Behcet's Disease

Objective:In this study, by observing the changes of Gancao Xiexin Decoction before and after the treatment in patients with Behcet's disease safety index, difference before and after the treatment, clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome, take a preliminary evaluation of application of Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of damp heat retention spleen type of Behcet's disease clinical curative effect and safety.Provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of Behcet's disease.Methods:60 cases of Behcet's disease were treated by Gancao Xiexin Decoction.The course of treatment was one month. Observe the symptoms, signs of efficacy index and TCM syndrome efficacy index after treatment in patients with Behcet's disease. Compare the treatment before and after the points.And take a statistical analysis to determine the efficacy.Results:The main clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were improved, and the symptom scores were significantly different (p<0.05). There were no significant adverse reactions in 60 cases before and after treatment.Conclusion:Gancao Xiexin Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Behcet's disease.
