The Clinical Research On The Effection Of Yiqi ZengShi Pill On Pattern Visual Evoked Potential Of Amblyopia Patients With Spleen-stomach Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Zeng Shi pill on treating spleen-stomach deficiency type of amblyopia patients' pattern visual evoked potential.Methods:60 patients of spleen-stomach deficiency type of amblyopia patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group;the treatment group oral Yiqi Zeng Shi pill,control group oral Citicoline sodium tablets.And the two groups add prescription glasses and partly covering method.Both groups have three consecutive period of treatment and 30 days is a period of treatment.To record corrected visual acuity,TCM symptoms integral,fixation character,pattern visual evoked potential before and after treatment of the two groups,and then evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:?1?Two groups of patients before and after treatment of P-VEP-P₁₀₀: compared with before treatment,the latent period of P-VEP-P₁₀₀ of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment?P<0.05?;By comparison,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups' latent period of P-VEP-P₁₀₀ after treatment?P<0.05?.Compared with before treatment,the vibration frequency of P-VEP-P₁₀₀ of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment?P<0.05?;By comparison,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups' vibration frequency of P-VEP-P₁₀₀ after treatment?P<0.05?.?2?Two groups of patients before and after treatment of corrected vision: After treatment,the corrected vision had no statistical difference between the two groups?P>0.05?,but the corrected vision after treatment in both groups were higher than before treatment?P<0.05?.?3?Two groups of patients before and after treatment of visual effect: the basic cure rate of the treatment group was 31.91% and the total effective rate was 93.62%;the basic cure rate of the control group was 22.73%,and the total effective rate was 72.73%;the basic cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than the control group.?4?Comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33% and the control group was 53.33%,there was a significant difference between the two groups that it is showed the treatment group is better than the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:?1?Yiqi Zeng Shi pill has good affection to amblyopia of spleen-stomach deficiency type,it could shorten the latent period and increase the vibration frequency of P-VEP-P₁₀₀,so as to improve the function of the visual cortex neurons.Ultimately,it could achieve the goal of improving eyesight.?2?Yiqi Zeng Shi pill's treatment effect in patients with spleen-stomach deficiency type of amblyopia is obviously superior to the Citicoline sodium tablets.?3?The Qi Zeng Shi pill has the effect that spleen and qi,nourishing blood for improving eyesight,and the pill could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of amblyopia.The Qi Zeng Shi pill is good of amblyopia patients with the type of spleen-stomach weakness.
