Professor Gao Tisan,national famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,good at Qihuang,Zhongjing,Huang Shi said,combined with his own experience of years of clinical practice,Based on the physiological characteristics of internal organs,founded "Shuinuan Tuhe Muda" Three Yin academic thought.Used the academic thought to treat difficult "three yin diseases ",the curative effect is distinct,got high praise from the patients and colleagues.Objective: This research based on the status that liver and gallbladder diseases,to respond the policy call about inheriting famous veteran TCM clinical syndrome and the academic thought,comprehensive and systematic summary of high body,Professor Gao of hepatobiliary disease clinical experience and academic thought.Gao has its unique understanding and insights from three yin in treating various kinds of complicated diseases,the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases,achieved a good therapeutic effect.Therefore,research on mining of professor in the treatment of hepatobiliary disease treatment and medication characteristics,has great clinical value.Methods:Through collect and sum up Professor Gao Tisan's academic works,manuscripts,notes,and clinical cases,to deepen the understanding on physiology and pathology of liver and gallbladder,Further research the professor's insights of liver and gallbladder diseases,excavate professor Gao's academic experience in the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.Results:This study is divided into two parts to expound the professor's academic thought for the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.The first part of the paper can be divided into two aspects: one is from "the principle,method,prescription and medicine" four points to an in-depth analysis of Professor's academic experience for the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases: 1: The principle : the professor focused on liver spleen kidney,deepened the cognition of the physiology and pathology of liver and gall;2: The method: the professor based on the understanding of the physiology and pathology of liver and gall,proposed the law of the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases;3: The prescription: with examples which used in professor Gao's classic prescription for the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases,to show the treatment is flexible in clinical prescription;4:The medicine: Through the display of commonly used Chinese medicine by Professor Gao,highlight the characteristics of Chinese medicine used in the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.On the other hand introduce a series of classic case that professor Gao used to treat hypochondriac pain,dizziness,headache,accumulation and gall disease(Zheng Jia).The second part is the use of statistical methods to collect medical records,processing analysis,and then establish a headache clinical database.Through analysis the frequency of properties,flavors and channel tropism of the medicine used in the treatment of headache by Professor Gao Tisan,sort out the law of the prescription the professor used in the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.Conclusion: This study is on the basis of "Professor Gao tisan clinical experience and academic thought research",from theory,method,prescription and drug four aspects further study mining high body Professor hepatobiliary diseases thought and experience of treatment.Reason: liver(gallbladder)incidence,spleen and kidney closely related.Method: Three Yin homology as the key link,for the purpose of regulating courage.According to the theory and method of characteristics: creation of proven party.Medicine: Based on spleen and kidney,use warm drugs.Professor Gao tisan in the treatment of liver disease(gall)based in liver,spleen and kidney homology,to restore normal physiological function of the liver and gallbladder,in order to get rid of the disease.So "plumbing soil and wood" is a healthy body without disease.
