The Law Discussion Of Timing Treatment Of Gynecological Diseases From The Liver,spleen And Kidney Based On The Literature Research In Nazhi-method Of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow

Object:To summarize the characteristics of timing application by organizing the treatment for gynecological diseases in Nazhi-method through literature analysis;And to find out the law of timing treatment of gynecological diseases through analyzing the literature involving the medical disease treated from liver,spleen and kidney with a view to treating different diseases from the same point of view,that is to provide reference for the clinical application of gynecological diseases in Nazhi-method.Method:Organizing the literature on gynecological diseases and medical diseases treated from liver,spleen and kidney,and data processing the name of disease,disease syndrome,treatment time and treatment methods,and using statistical software to analyze the frequency of data entered.Result:1.Literature on involving gynecological diseases in Nazhi-method23 gynecological articles in Nazhi-method were retrieved,screened and analyzed.From the analysis of the type of diseases,there are 11 articles for the laparoscopic surgery in 21 gynecological literature,3 articles for the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(chronic pelvic inflammatory disease)and emmeniopathy,2 articles for the improvement of the perimenopausal syndrome,only one for decreased ovarian reserve,luteal function,ovulation disorders,malposition,dysmenorrhoea;From the analysis of syndromes,there are 8 articles on diseases treated from the liver,spleen and kidney.There are 2 literatures on syndromes of dampness and heat,and 1 literature on syndromes of deficiency of blood and blood.There are 12 articles that do not mention the syndrome differentiation of diseases and the diseases involved are physical rehabilitation and ovulation disorders after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.In treatment methods,the most used is moxibustion,followed by acupressure massage and ear acupressure pills,acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine enema,acupoint application,and Chinese medicine ironing.In the choice of treatment time,when the most choice for the“Chen Period”,the“Si Period”and“Mao Period”followed.The reason may be that most of the subjects involved in the study are related to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Therefore,they are mostly selected for the treatment of stomach,spleen,and large intestine by the flow of the Chen Period?Si Period?Mao Period.2.Literature on the medical diseases treated from liver,spleen and kidney in Nazhi-method83 articles on diseases are treated by the liver,spleen and kidney.There are 14 articles that belong to the liver,26 articles that belong to the Spleen,37 articles that belong to the kidney,3 articles that belong to spleen and kidney,one on the treatment of liver and spleen,one on the treatment of liver and kidney.Among the liver diseases,the most interventions were selected during MaoShi and YouShi,followed by ZiShi,ChouShi,ShenShi,HaiShi;The most interventions were selected among the Spleen disease was SiShi,and ChenShi followed;The most interventions were selected among the Kidney disease was YouShi,followed by XuShi,ShenShi,MaoShi.Conclusion:1.The clinical application in Nazhi-method of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow is positive.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be combined with Nazhi-method,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the most widely used,followed by traditional Chinese medicine.2.Nazhi-method used in gynecological diseases is more common in Rehabilitation after gynecological surgery;followed by pelvic inflammatory diseases,menopathy.In addition to acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,Chinese medicine enema,auricular acupressure pills,Chinese medicine ironing,Chinese medicine internal medicine,etc.may be used as treatment means for selective intervention in the clinical application of gynecological diseases.3.Analyzing from the treatment time of the medical disease treated from liver,spleen and kidney in Nazhi-method and based on the principle of treating diseases with different diseases:it can treat hyperactivity of Liver Yang gynecological diseases at MaoShi,Liver Yin Deficiency at YouShi;We can intervene at SiShi and ChenShi for gynecological diseases with spleen deficiency,and at ShenYoushi?MaoShi for kidney deficiency syndrome.
