The Effection Of Bailing Capsule On Anemia Compliance Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

ObjectiveObserve the effection of Bailing capsule on anemia compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Preliminary investigate its mechanism of action, evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bailing Capsule for hemodialysis patients’anemia.MethodSelect long-term regular hemodialysis patients from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Second Affiliated Hospital, hemodialysis room, duration is January 2015 to December 2015. Collect 60 illness cases which hemodialysis patients’hemoglobin is not compliance according to inclusion criteria, divide them into treatment group and control group randomly,30 patients for each group. Basic treatment includes regular hemodialysis, while giving EPO, iron, folic acid, vitamin B12; adjust blood pressure, blood sugar, nutritional support and other symptomatic treatment. The control group received basic treatment; treatment group were given basic treatment, while taking Bailing Capsule 2.0g, three times a day orally. Treatment duration is 12 weeks. Record the patients’basic condition, syndrome integral and various observation indicators before and after treatment respectively. After the experiment, collect all information and perform statistical analysis using SPSS 19.0 software.ResultAfter treatment the anemia compliance rate of hemodialysis patients in treatment group was 56.7%, while the control group anemia compliance rate was 30.0%, the comparison between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the difference of TCM syndrome and syndrome integral before and after treatment were both statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05); the hemoglobin, hematocrit and transferrin saturation were all increased than before for both groups(P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05);the change of ferritin between two groups did not have statistically significant before and after treatment (P> 0.05).Conclusion1.Bailing capsule can promote the anemia patients of hemodialysis to normal compliance;2.Bailing capsule can adjust the anemia status of maintenance hemodialysis patients, improve the patient’s hemoglobin and hematocrit;3.Bailing capsule plays a regulatory role on transferrin saturation of maintenance hemodialysis anemia patients.
