Clinical Observation Of Bailing Capsule Combined With Maintenance Hemodialysis For Treatment Of Qiyin Deficiency Syndrome In Uremia Period Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:Effects of cordyceps preparation on renal function,TCM symptoms,anemia in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients were observed.Methods: This study selected from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital hemodialysis center regular hemodialysis and meet the standard of 59 qualified subjects,control group,treatment group of 30 and 29.The former underwent hemodialysis(HD)basic western medicine therapy;the latter patients also used bailing capsule while receiving HD basic western medicine treatment,3 times a day,4 capsules each time(2.0 g),oral after meals,each group took 4 weeks as a course of treatment,after 3 courses of clinical efficacy statistics.After the study,observe the TCM symptom score,blood before and after treatment in control group and treatment group changes in creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,endogenous creatinine clearance,hemoglobin,hematocrit,etc.Results:1.In terms of total effective rate(ORR),the control group and the treatment group were 46.7% and75.9% respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed obvious advantages in this index,and the comparative results showed significant differences(P<0.05).2.showed significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.creatinine,urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance,hemoglobin,Hematocrit and other related indicators were better than before,and compared with the control group,the treatment group showed obvious advantages.4.showed no significant difference in uric acid index for both groups when untreated and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Bailing capsule can improve the symptoms of burnout,fatigue,lack of qi and lazy speech,five upset heat,dry mouth and pharynx,weak waist and knee,long night urine,dizziness and tinnitus,etc.
