Effects Of Guanxin Prescription Analgesic Capsule On Vascular Endothelial Function And Inflammatory Reaction In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:In this study, through the study of Guanxin prescription analgesic capsule on coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris of TCM syndrome curative effect, angina pectoris, C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a), brachial artery flow mediated by diastolic function (FMD)of coronary heart and to the solution concentration of the mechanism of Guanxin prescription analgesic capsule and evaluation the endothelial function of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris and improve and inflammatory reaction of the reducing effect.Method:Choice of Henan Province Chinese Medicine Research Institute affiliated hospital outpatient met the inclusion criteria of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with 60 cases, the Chinese medicine diagnosis for chest pain (Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome), according to 1:1 ratio were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each. Two groups were give foundation treatment given aspirin 100 mg, once every day, oral; tartaric acid metoprolol 12.5mg, once in the morning, once in the evening, oral; atorvastatin calcium lOmg, once every day, oral. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Guanxin prescription analgesic capsule (Hospital preparation of Affiliated Hospital of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute),4 grain,3 times a day, oral,3 months for a course of treatment, observation of a course of treatment, Observe and compare the changes of TCM syndromes, angina pectoris classification and brachial artery flow mediated dilation, C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha in the treatment of the side before and after treatment.Result:(1)TCM syndrome curative effect:the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, The total effective rate of control group was 66.67%, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(2) The improvement of angina pectoris in two groups:the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group, The total effective rate of control group was 46.67%, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(3) The changes of two groups of FMD, CRP, TNF-a:after the treatment in the two groups, compared with before treatment can FMD increased, decreased in patients with serum CRP and TNF-a, the improvement of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group, statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that Guanxin prescription analgesic capsule for relieving pain can effectively to improve the stability of the angina pectoris patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome, improve the grade of angina pectoris and its therapeutic mechanism may be related to vascular endothelial function improvement and inflammatory reaction of relieve the.
