| Objective:To observe the changes of inflammatory factors,angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome of Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pill(GXDS)on stable angina pectoris patients with blood stasis syndrome improved before and after treatment,to explore the possible mechanism of GXDS in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris in terms of inhibiting inflammatory reaction,anti-oxidation and protecting endothelium.Methods:Totally 72 stable angina pectoris patients with blood stasis syndrome were collected from December 2015 to September 2016,according to the random numbertable method,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each one.The control group were given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease,while in treatment group were treated with GXDS 0.4g,sublingual,3 times per day on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks for all.The changes of inflammatory factors,endothelial function and oxidative stress index were compared before and after treatment,including high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endothelin-1(ET-1),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),superoxide dismutase the enzyme(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA);Compare score changes of Zung’s self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Zung’s self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after the treatment;At the same time,the improvement of angina pectoris score,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,blood stasis syndrome and TCM symptoms were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.After the treatment for 4 weeks,compared with the control group,the serum levels of inflammatory factors hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-a,ET-1 and SOD,MDA in the treatment group were significantly lower,the effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors MMP-9,MCP-1 and endothelial index sVCAM-1(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of SAS,HAMA,SDS and HAMD in the treatment group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group(81.25%)when compared with the control group(47.06%,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptom score of angina,the Chinese medicine syndrome score and blood stasis syndrome score were significantly decreased in the treatment group,meanwhile improvement of symptoms of the angina attack frequency,nitroglycerin usage and chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,upset,etc.in treatment group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.GXDS can reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,ET-1,SOD and MDA levels in treatment of coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome,showed that GXDS has the effect of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,protecting endothelial good,the treatment of coronary heart disease mechanism may be closely related to this.2.GXDS can reduce SAS,HAMA,SDS and HAMD score in patients with coronary heart disease,reflected that GXDS has the function of regulating anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome.3.GXDS can reduce the scores of TCM syndrome,angina pectoris integral,blood stasis score,illustrated that GXDS can improve the curative effect in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,adjustment of patients with chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,upset and other clinical symptoms,all of these together clarified that GXDS has good clinical curative effect,the method of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis can improve angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. |
