Objective: According to the chronic kidney disease(CKD)under the premise of conventional treatment,we observed the effect of the method of nourishing kidney,invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation,cleaning turbid pathogen before and after the treatment in patient related lipid levels,renal function,Chinese medicine symptom integral,to further study the impact of this approach in patients with dyslipidemia.Methods: The experiment for clinical observation of 60 patients were from henan university of TCM in clinic or hospital,the 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and proprietary Chinese medicine control group 30 cases.12 weeks for one period of treatment.The two groups were given conventional treatment,such as control blood pressure,blood sugar,high quality low protein diet,etc.Experimental group patients with decoction once a day(about 400 ml,respectively in the morning and evening).Control group were given capsules(2/time,2 times/day).In the observation period,comparing the changes of the TCM symptom integral,blood lipid laboratory index(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),renal function(Scr,Bun)before and after the record.Results:1.The experimental group and control group all can reduce blood lipid levels,Scr and Bun.The experimental group in reducing TC,TG,Scr and Bun is better than that in control group(P>0.05).In lowering LDL-C and increasing HDL-C,they are the same.(P>0.05).2.Experimental group in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(such as abdominal distention,less food),curative effectis better than that of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: This experiment preliminary confirmed that treatment of invigorating the spleen,nourishing kidney,promoting blood circulation and cleaning turbid pathogen for dyslipidemia in patient with stage CKD2-4 is effective,The curative effect in improving TCM symptoms and renal function of patients have certain curative effect.
