Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Digestive Tract Symptoms Of Chronic Renal Failure With The Method Of Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney, Promoting Clearing And Reducing Turbidity

Objective:Guided by the theory of ascending and descending of spleen and stomach,gsrs-c scale was used to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of invigorating the spleen,benefiting the kidney,promoting the clear and descending the turbid on gastrointestinal symptoms and indexes of chronic renal failure.Materials and methods: According to the experimental standard,70 patients were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 in each group,which were recorded as the experimental group and the control group.The first two groups were given routine western medicine treatment such as lowering blood pressure and improving microcirculation.In the control group,haikunshenxi capsule(haikunshenxi capsule is produced by Jilin Huinan Changlong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.with the specification of 0.22g/capsule and the national drug standard z20030052)was taken three times a day;in the experimental group,Bupi yishenshengqing Jiangzhuo decoction was taken three times a day.All of the above treatments were treated for 4 weeks and 1 course was observed.The indexes of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,glomerular filtration rate and TCM syndrome score were recorded before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.90%;the total effective rate in the control group was 79.41%;there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.79%;the total effective rate of the control group was 61.76%;there was a significant difference in TCM syndromes between the two groups(P <0.05).In the TCM single syndrome,the test group was significantly better than the control group in terms of dysphagia,nausea,full abdominal distension,and sticky mouth.3.Compared with the renal function,the blood SCR,bun and EGFR of the two groups were decreased and increased after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving renal function.4.Compared with the gastrointestinal symptom score,the gsrs-c score of the two groups after treatment was decreased,with a significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving gastrointestinal symptoms.Moreover,GSRS score in patients with chronic renal failure is related to renal function.5.The binding capacity of hemoglobin,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and carbon dioxide were significantly different before and after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05);after treatment,the binding capacity of Hb,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and carbon dioxide between the test group and the control group was significantly different,and the effect of the test group on the binding capacity of hemoglobin,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and carbon dioxide was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Guided by the theory of ascending and descending of spleen and stomach,the method of invigorating spleen,benefiting kidney,ascending,clearing and descending turbidity can effectively alleviate the gastrointestinal symptoms of chronic renal failure,improve renal function and delay the progress of chronic renal disease.
