Clinical Observation Of Spleen-kidney Deficiency And Turbid-blood Stasis Syndrome Chronic Renal Failure Treated With Spleen-kidney Deficiency Andturbid-biood Stasis Prescription

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and its transforming growth factor 1(TGF-1)on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)who are suffering from deficiency of spleen and kidney and syndrome of turbidity and blood stasis.To explore the relationship between chronic renal failure and transforming growth factor 1 and renal fibrosis,and to provide a strong basis for Chinese medicine to delay the process of renal fibrosis and to treat chronic renal failure.Methods:This research selected cases kidney six families come from Heilongjiang province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient and ward in June 2017 to December 2018,in line with the CKD3-4,glomerular filtration rate(Glomerular filtration rate-GFR)GFR15-59 ml/minl.73 m2),a total of 40 cases.The patients were treated with self-made formula of invigorating spleen,invigorating kidney,relieving turbid and activating blood.Respectively before and after treatment 1 month,2 months after treatment,patients collected venous blood and urine test patients'blood routine,renal function,24 hours urinary protein,quantitative,estimated GFR and by ELLSA method to detect the change of the serum before and after treatment of TGF_beta 1,at the same time observation into the research of TCM syndrome before and after treatment in patients with integral value changes.Results:Compared with before treatment,after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the total scores of TCM syndrome.,blood pressure and hemoglobin were significantly improved(P<0.05).,which was statistically significant;plasma albumin,24-hour urine protein quantitation,urea nitrogen did not The significant change(P>0.05)was not statistically significant.The serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate were significantly improved(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The serum TGF-plfactor was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Statistical significance;Conclusion:To improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and turbid-stasis syndrome;The prescription of invigorating spleen and kidney,removing turbid and activating blood circulation can improve the renal function of patients;Spleen-tonifying and kidney-tonifying and turbidity activating blood formula can reduce the expression of fibrosis factor TGF-beta 1 and delay renal fibrosis;...
