Objective:System to evaluate the surgical treatment and the curative effect of non-operative treatment of ankle injury of the deltoid ligament, and thus, through the method of system evaluation and Meta analysis to triangle ankle ligament injury to provide the best basis for clinical treatment. Methods:Using the computer comprehensive and systematic retrieve large databases at home and abroad, conference papers and dissertations database search at the same time, acquired by adding other search randomized controlled trial(RCT), into the operative and non-operative treatment of ankle ligament damage in the clinical research, according to the AOFAS score standard into exclusion standard screening and research, using statistical software RevMan5.3, ankle activity level changes after the treatment, the ankle function stability statistically Meta analysis and hierarchical analysis. Results:RCT paper into 6, a total of 257 patients, 124 cases of surgical treatment, 133 cases of non-surgical treatment. Surgery to repair the ankle injury is more effective than non-surgical treatment of the deltoid ligament, reflected in the total effective rate, prevent complications, talus slope Angle, but in the ankle function score, the comparison of the fracture healing of the treatment results of two methods there is no difference. Conclusion:This study suggests that surgery to repair the ankle injury is more effective than non-surgical treatment of the deltoid ligament, reflected in the total effective rate, prevent complications, talus slope Angle, for the selection of ankle injury treatment of the deltoid ligament, better train of thought.
